The feedback gathering dashboard itself and how versatile it is. 3. The road mapping possibilities and flexibilityFeatures which seem amazing and i'd like to try - The release notes management, and product research capabilities Cons Once the data is in the platform it is absolutely easy to use it. To me, getting the data seemed challenging as I had to do this manually. But the team is surely working on this to make the process easier for their future customers.
