They are prompt while addressing user requests and have great customer support! Very easy to work with the Zeda team :) Pros 1\. Slack integration for easy feedback gathering2. The feedback gathering dashboard itself and how versatile it is. 3. The road mapping possibilities and flexibilityFeatures which seem amazing and i'd like to try - The release notes management, and product research capabilities Cons Once the data is in the platform it is absolutely easy to use it. To me, getting the data seemed challenging as I had to do this manually. But the team is surely working on this to make the process easier for their future customers. Pros Everything is customisable. Also, a very good tool for product managers to manage tasks and from defining the products to releasing the products.
