Pros I like the user-friendly interface of Lark that makes navigation easy. I like Lark because the learning curve is simple to understand for even beginners. " 3.0 Overall Rating 3.0 3.0 Ease of Use 3.0 3.0 Features 3.0 3.0 Customer Service 0.0 0.0 Likelihood to Recommend 0/10 June 29, 2022 I did hit my weight loss goal with Lark and following it's advice on what not to eat and what to eat more of. I think it is expensive but if you get a chance to try it out for free, or check to see if it comes for free with your insurance, take a shot at it. Pros I have to be honest, I tried the program because it came for free with my health insurance and if you are able to do that I would suggest you do. It also came with a free digital weight that syncs up to the program and is super useful. Try it out if you can get a free trial. I also enjoyed that it tells you what to eat more of and less of if you are being honest with yourself and what your re eating and drinking. It is a funny software also, it tells you if you are being a slob and is very straightforward about it, if you choose the program to be that way. You can set goals of weight loss or different goals like that. It also gives you reminders to tell it what you have eaten in the different parts of the day. Cons I did not like that I would always have to tell it manually what exercises and steps I did during the day. I would like it to sync up with my Fitbit so that it would do that automatically. If I just use my Fitbit premium it would do everything that Lark does and maybe a little more.
