I am happy to capture the guest's data at the pre-stay stage to personalize their stay and give them an option for paid services to upsell before they arrive at the hotel. With in-stay features, we managed to know about guests' satisfaction/dissatisfaction while they were still with us, which allowed us to reduce the number of negative feedback from guests.

Pros

Bookingwhizz CRM is one of the best I have used. It is very easy to set up and very user-friendly, which can be used by any department of the hotel.

Cons

None. The team is there ready to support you. Any questions big or small you have, they are always willing to help you.
