Nory overpromised and underdelivered. If you’re a bakery, save yourself the time and stress – it’s not built for you.

Pros

UI is nice and easy to use Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver.

Cons

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they sold to us in the sales pitch either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.

Nory has been an excellent addition to our operations. The CPU functionality is intuitive and reliable, helping us streamline production and ensure consistency. It’s saved us time, reduced waste, and given us better control over production processes.

Pros

The CPU features make managing production much more efficient. It’s easy to centralize recipes, track ingredient usage, and it gives great consistency across locations. The visibility it provides into production processes has helped us cut down on waste and improve overall efficiency.

Cons

The limited time of the predictive features (currently one week). Having the ability to have a longer forecast would be incredibly helpful for planning larger batches and scaling operations.
