Muy buena, me gusto mucho el funcionamiento y la forma en que se adapató al dinamismo de trabajo en mi area.

Todo, desde el funcionamiento del programa hasta la atención a cliente. Los modulos permite un trabajo intuitivo

Hubo varios momentos en que se tardaba en cargar algunos modulos y eso provoco que se detuviera la operación.

Excelente! Kliniko es un software clínico integral diseñado para optimizar la gestión administrativa y médica de clínicas, ofreciendo una solución completa y eficiente para el manejo diario de los servicios de salud. Su enfoque centralizado permite mejorar la organización, la productividad y la calidad en la atención a los pacientes. La plataforma incluye historia clínica electrónica, agenda médica, facturación, control de ingresos y egresos, gestión de inventario y soporte profesional, lo que facilita un control preciso tanto de la información clínica como financiera. Estas funcionalidades contribuyen a la reducción de errores, la optimización de procesos y una administración más eficiente. Actualmente estamos implementado Kliniko en nuestra clínica y destacamos su facilidad de uso, rapidez y confiabilidad. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es excelente: el equipo responde de manera ágil a nuestras dudas y demuestra total disponibilidad para adaptar el software a nuestras necesidades específicas, lo cual aporta un gran valor al sistema y a su implementación. En conclusión, Kliniko es una herramienta robusta, flexible y confiable, altamente recomendable para clínicas que buscan un software clínico completo, con un soporte técnico de alta calidad y orientado a la mejora continua de los servicios de salud.

Pros

El sistema klíniko ha sido fundamental para alcanzar una mayor claridad en nuestros procesos de trabajo, mejorando significativamente el cálculo de costos y la gestión integral de nuestros pacientes: desde la generación y retención hasta el seguimiento personalizado. En el área financiera es una herramienta completa para el control de ingresos/egresos, facturación y así como el control de inventarios. Considero que es una herramienta completa para la administración y la correcta implementación de estrategias de marketing en cualquier tipo de clínica o centro de salud.

Cons

El formato de calendario diario ha resultado confuso. Sería de gran ayuda que el diseño fuera más intuitivo y fácil de usar.

Apenas llevo poco usando Klinico.com, pero hasta ahora me ha encantado. Es fácil de usar, me ayuda a organizar mis citas y las historias clínicas de mis pacientes sin complicarme. Muy práctico para el día a día. Gracias a Lily que siempre está al pendiente de las dudas y necesidades que van surgiendo es muy amable e inteligente.

Pros

Mayor organización en mi agenda y servicios, me gusta que puedo realizar muchas funciones en una misma aplicación pero aún me falta utilizarla por más tiempo para sacar la mayor ventaja

Cons

Hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún inconveniente, pero lo único que me ha limitado es aprender a utilizarla.

pues estábamos mejor con Rubiko, cuando cambió a Kliniko empezó a caerse el sistema mucho tiempo

Pros

hay interés por recibir retroalimentación de los clientes

Cons

veníamos trabajando muy bien con Rubiko, solo veo temas de calendarización de citas, pero desde que cambió a Kliniko se cae mucho el sistema y nos atora con la agenda de citas, en promedio agendamos 300 a 400 diarias, es muy grave que no funcione para nosotros

Implementar el sistema de ClinicBox en la empresa ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado. Nos ha permitido reducir tiempos de espera para agenda, redujo a cero las quejas relativas a facturación, se adapta fácilmente a nuestros programas de mejora en la gestión y nos permite atender las diferentes áreas funcionales en un mismo espacio. El cuidado del personal de ventas y soporte técnico es simplemente ejemplar, pues prioriza siempre las necesidades del cliente y resuelven dudas y situaciones al momento.

Pros

Se trata de un sistema amigable que permite gestionar las distintas áreas funcionales de la clínica. Las posibilidades de personalización que ofrece permiten que podamos construir un sistema a la medida de las necesidades y que va creciendo y desarrollándose en función del plan de trabajo de la empresa.

Cons

No encuentro desventajas. Cuando he necesitado la inclusión de algún tema en específico, siempre he recibido el apoyo de ClinicBox y su maravilloso personal de soporte técnico.

En el sector salud es la primera vez que incursiono (en el ámbito laboral), y considero que Clinic Box es muy noble y te permite ir paso a paso para los principiantes. Ya una vez teniendo un poco de tiempo trabajándolo te facilita en mucho tu trabajo

Pros

Considera que el software es de muy fácil manejo. Y como en todos los softwares la práctica hace al maestro Me gusta que al accesar al historial del paciente: puedes visualizar todos y cada una de las consultas a las que ha asistido y revisar sus avances; ver sus pagos,etc

Cons

El unico contra que veo, es cuando hacen las actualizaciones: se le debe dar su tiempo para que se cargue y corra

La experiencia es satisfactoria desde la contratación del servicio, la resolución de dudas, la gestión de la información. Es un sistema bastante efectivo, sencillo y completo.

Pros

Es una herramienta integral, cubre todas las necesidades y áreas necesarias para el negocio, es personalizada y sobre todo es una plataforma muy fácil de utilizar.

Cons

Hay algunas funciones que no se requieren en mi puesto pero comprendo que son necesarias para otros usuarios .
