I love the ease with which we were able to integrate our platform with theirs as they offer numerous SDKs and APIs for easy integration & support for popular programming languages. Pros Using Paystack has a number of benefits, including:Convenience: Paystack provides a user-friendly platform that makes it simple and quick for businesses to take payments from clients.Security: To safeguard client data and stop fraudulent transactions, Paystack uses a secure payment gateway.Support: To assist merchants with any problems or inquiries they might have, Paystack provides a variety of support methods, including email, phone, and online chat. May 7, 2022 5.0 The fact that students on my platform can buy courses and book meetings just by clicking a button on my platform did improve sales volume on our platform. Pros I loved the fact that I could receive payments from my customers directly from my websites or send them payment links to purchase items from me. I embedded Paystack's customizable checkout on my website. This made payment easy to do on my website. I could also own an online ecommerce store without spending money building an ecommerce website from scratch. Cons The fact that only registered businesses are allowed on the platform is a no! no! for me. I think they should allow unregistered businesses use their platform too as this was the case when they first launched the platform. I wasted this while month trying to get all the documents ready for this paystack company who is somehow recommended by other drop shipping stores and Shopify, who even give you the option the select drop shipping on their application only to send you an email telling you they don't work with drop shipping companies. I intend on using another more user friendly company and telling all my business associates to do the same however I am extremely dissatisfied by the unprofessional service I received from this company especially after accepting my application and documents as part of the application only to change completely afterward. We have used them for a few years and have not had any issue. Their customer support can be a bit slow sometimes but overall it has been good. Pros It was super easy to integration. With just a few lines of code, one can start collecting payment on a website. For more advanced scenarios, there are also other options for integration.Their webhook feature is also a great addition that helps solve problems with verification of payment. Cons While the method of integration is smooth, it comes with a downside. Some browsers have extension that block loading of script and it can lead to frustrating search for bugs when customers report issues with payment Reason for choosing Paystack It was super easy to integrate with paystack.
