Pros I loved the fact that I could receive payments from my customers directly from my websites or send them payment links to purchase items from me. I embedded Paystack's customizable checkout on my website. This made payment easy to do on my website. I could also own an online ecommerce store without spending money building an ecommerce website from scratch. Cons The fact that only registered businesses are allowed on the platform is a no! no! for me. I think they should allow unregistered businesses use their platform too as this was the case when they first launched the platform. I wasted this while month trying to get all the documents ready for this paystack company who is somehow recommended by other drop shipping stores and Shopify, who even give you the option the select drop shipping on their application only to send you an email telling you they don't work with drop shipping companies. I intend on using another more user friendly company and telling all my business associates to do the same however I am extremely dissatisfied by the unprofessional service I received from this company especially after accepting my application and documents as part of the application only to change completely afterward. We have made a lot of transactions and all of them have been successful. We've been able to connect with our clients and send payments all over the world and keep our business international by using Paystack. My employees have quickly grasped Paystack's tools, since they are straightforward to use. We've been able to make these transactions from any electronic device. Everything has been successful. Paystack has been the ideal choice for my company as the central virtual portfolio for us. Pros I have used paystack for online payment for some time now and must say it's the best decision I've ever made. It provides me with a foolproof way to carry out online transactions and payments for my clients and myself. There are numerous payment options to send or receive money, including mobile credits, credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, QR code scanning, and so on. It is simple to conduct transactions from anywhere in the world. Cons Paystack has been working perfectly for me so far. I haven't encountered any problems, and the support crew's quick and secure resolution system makes it possible for all its users to fix their issues and work in a secure way. Nothing exceptional on both ends but very average. Pros I liked how efficient and easy it was to set it up with my company in order to make payments to clients and customers of my organization. Cons It wasn't as user-friendly as other services like Paypal, QuickBooks and other platforms for online payments. I didn't have the best customer experience when I called for assistance when I was setting up the platform. We have used them for a few years and have not had any issue. Their customer support can be a bit slow sometimes but overall it has been good. Pros It was super easy to integration. With just a few lines of code, one can start collecting payment on a website. For more advanced scenarios, there are also other options for integration.Their webhook feature is also a great addition that helps solve problems with verification of payment. Cons While the method of integration is smooth, it comes with a downside.
