The pre-sales and after sales support from their consultants has been second to none, the platform does what it says on the tin and more. Very strong product compared to previous solutions used down the last 20+ years. Pros This platform gives a lot of control over monitoring lists and tenders published in a simple transparent manner, and enables research into clients, contracts / spend and competitors. Perhaps the best part though is the contact information provided, which has proven very accurate and up to date. Cons I would like to see more hands on tools - taking this platform into the next stages of the procurement process - for example enabling credentials management for procurement platforms and solutions to be linked directly into your account, enabling a simpler experience when investigating , registering and responding to tenders. Pros I can't fault any step of the process with Stotles, however the initial detail that the onboarding team went into when we were looking at Stotles and the subsequent support we have had has been amazing. Cons The only con I can think of is not something Stotles can control! By making the RFP tracking side of things so much simpler and user friendly, it has put into sharp contrast how dated the existing public sector portals are! Review Source JT James T. Pros I like that Stotles can give easy insight into buying organisations, over and above the expected tender opportunities. The UI is easy to navigate and information is only a click or two away. Cons I feel that some of the reporting/data extract options need building out to enable users to see aggregated data at a glance, rather than having to click in and out of lists. I use it every day to see it the RFP it sends me are of interest . Mostly they are but further investigation of the outline review often gives me more information on whether to proceed further and download the actual RFP documents Pros Easy simple interface. Keeps tack of most bids in Find a tender etc. It means I do not have to do multiple searches in several portals. It is an excellent service and easy to use. Pros The ability to filter the notices delivered each day is exceptional. It is east to use, drilling down is excellent and the ability to link to the notice is effective. Cons I need to track international opportunities ( old OJEU scope) which is not available. This has streamlined my day and stopped duplication. Pros I really like the clean interface which is very easy to use and navigate. Cons I do find sometimes I need to hunt the tenders down as the links don't work very well but that is a small thing. Reason for choosing Stotles It gave more than the other products out there. December 1, 2021 5.0 Stotles has really helped me hit my target month on month. The keyword-based search algorithm of Stotles is too good and I have not missed out on a single RFP so far. I love the daily updated list email in my inbox. Overall, my experience with Stotles has been really good and I find it super useful to look for opportunities in RFPs. Pros The user interface is quite friendly. I set it up and customized my preferences all by myself. The best part about Stotles is the daily updates that I get regarding my preferences in my inbox. Cons I really wish there was a search option in My Feed. Often I know a company has floated an RFP but it becomes impossible to find that in the long list of companies and RFPs in my feed.
