If you have any computer skills the software is intuitive enough and user friendly that it is easy for find and the meet the requirements and needs of your organization. There are so many options available with this software that it truly lives up to the standard of you will us 20% of the features 80% of the time. But you can drill down granularly as deep as you would ever need to go for reporting and extracting information. I've got extensive experience will all kind of software platforms and enjoy working with Petstablish. Cons Thus far, Petstablish has met all required expectations. Setting up the program to work for us or seeing if it has particular features can be a pain in the butt. Pros I like that there is so much you can keep track of for the animals and that it's not hard to learn like some other products out there. Cons For people that are not good with computers, we are finding out that it can be difficult for them to use. Switched from [PetPoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/232708/PetPoints/) PetPoint is not user friendly at all and it was hard to do anything in the software as there were so many steps to just run a report of adopted animals. Reasons for choosing Petstablished Our rescue received it for free if we purchased microchips from the company. We have to microchip our dogs anyway and earning free chips for every chip we register is another nice feature.
