### "TPS - an underrated gem."

Overall very pleased with all modules from workflow to planning.

Pros

The people and support are top notch. The features are all very appropriate for our firm size and practical.

Cons

Perhaps no ACH for payment (Canadian). Perhaps no way of assessing workflow to show up on calendar until assigning to an individual. Also, not aware of any reports that tie to workflow, hard to tell our staffing, or assessment against budget by WF.

### "Best Time & Billing software EVER"

The easiest transition we have had to a new time & billing software. We tried 2 other BIG named software companies and they were disasters!! Their customer service was horrible and we were left very dissatisfied.

Pros

Great customer service, easy to learn and robust reporting capability. It's the best time & billing software I've used/seen out there.

Cons

I can't think of a single thing that is a Con. Every time I have a question the support team is super responsive and helpful. The implementation was so great, unlike our past tries with other companies - those were disasters.

Overall experience from implementation to production was fairly painless. the team assigned to help us get up and running, in record time, were above and beyond.

Pros

Value for Money. TPS is less than half of our two previous billing/invoicing software. The pricing is what tipped us to TPS. Also, all the instructive videos were helpful.

Cons

Some of the functions were less user friendly than others and it took calls to TPS to clarify. But overall, very little to dislike.

So far so good. I'm happy with it. It seems much quicker and less glitchy than the old TPS which is nice.

Pros

It's very user friendly. It wasn't very difficult to switch from the old to the new. If I don't know how to do something, I like that there are short videos to explain what to do.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like really. Maybe just having to learn another form of TPS when I've been comfortable using the old one for so long.

Moving to TPS from our old software was intimidating as it was a big change. But it has helped me streamline my processes in so many ways. I'm so glad we made the change!

Easy to use and excellent customer help when we run into issues. Much better than our old antiquated software. Reports are clear and customizable.

Cons

Not really a con but there are so many reports, it can be overwhelming when trying to find the exact one you need/require.

My overall experience is good with TPS. Agents do respond to inquiries. However the service is not consistent and I have recently received great service. \[sensitive content hidden\] tried to problem solve for a couple of product features we feel our firm is in need of and just the various tips she gave to make using TPS more efficiently were very much appreciated.

Pros

Great time entry function, reports and sometimes advisors who really want to help create a positive outcome.

Cons

Initially I really dreaded calling up support for help as a particular agent was dismissive and somewhat condescending. This was particularly frustrating as I would usually do due diligence and seek out the videos to find answers first and ended up calling or emailing as a last resort.

Excellent. Support is always responsive, helpful and right. Recommendations that we have brought up have been noted and in most cases incorporated into into the TPS system. In addition, TPS is always improving the system and adding more features.

Pros

Features and functionality. It was very intuitive. Plus TPS support to convert from our previous billing system that we used for 23 years was critical to getting it up and running is very short order.

Cons

No manual to search for answers and help. Youtube videos are helpful when you know where to find it or are already in a certain area. Otherwise, it requires contacting TPS help which is excellent but delays resolving issues that periodically pop up.

Reason for choosing TPS Cloud Axis

Features, report, support price and the ability for the program to handle current and projected future client growth. Potential use of TPS credit card feature. I just wish it had ACP built in to help reduce credit card fees.

Honestly, I can't find anything I like least about the product itself. I used the Desktop version for years and loved it and the transition was much easier than I thought it would be.

The support team is very knowledgeable. Also, even know the program is similar to the desktop version it is taking time to adjust to the new layout.

Pros

TPS software was converted from our desktop version to the cloud version with very little down time and with ease.

Cons

The scroll bars are very thin which makes it difficult to navigate the program. Making a "detail bill" seems a bit convoluted.

Overall experience with TPS is excellent. The support staff is extremely helpful and quick to answer even my dumbest questions! The transition from our old program to TPS was flawless. We didn't miss a step making the switch. We've been using TPS for almost 2 years now and everyone here is very happy with it!

Everything about TPS is "Easy". From time/expense tracking to creating invoices is a simple process. The reports are helpful and there is a variety of selections to get information in various formats

Cons

I would like to see a better way to choose date ranges. If it would give the option of "Last Month" or "Last Year" etc that would be helpful and time saving

It seemed like a good fit from the tutorial videos I watched. I had been in contact with a salesman for a few years and finally convinced my partners we needed to switch. They are all happy we did!

### "TPS Cloud Axis Review"

Pros

The transition from the desktop version to the Cloud Axis version was very easy and quick. The automatic updates are also nice as it saves us time not worrying about updating everyone's desktop program. The search engines while completing time entries are also very useful.

Cons

Does require internet access (which one time our internet went down) which was a headache but the option of using your phone's data plan to log in time is a nice backup. Sometimes the website takes a while to log in (not sure why).

Overall the experience is very good - much more convenient than the desktop version, with a few items that are impossible to change (like if you accidentally upload the wrong invoice, impossible to upload a corrected one).

Pros

Allows all of our staff to enter their time in real time even if they are working remotely

Cons

Adding new client addresses it always asks for 'State' and 'Zip Code' - this is supposed to be a Canadian product, in a Canadian market - how hard would it be to include 'Province' and 'Postal Code' - even the saddest, most pathetic American websites know enough to ask a Canadian for their province. This annoys me considerably every I enter a new client address

First time requiring technical assistance. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very diligent and resolved the issue at hand.

Pros

First time user, and not using all modules. So far good performance.

Cons

Unable to "change dates", when an entry is made in error, there is no way to move it to the correct date. :(
