Wonderful! The program is very easy to use, has all the reports we could ever need and more and the support we have always received from \[sensitive content hidden\] and others is quick, extremely detailed and gets me back on track with answers to all my questions in no time.

Pros

I like that the interface is extremely user friendly with instructional videos available with each tab. There are also many ways to get the information that you would like to have displayed rather than just a report with a bunch of irrelevant data. We certainly have a strong handle on the business thanks to the reports available with TPS. In addition to this, \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been quick to offer thorough solutions to any grey areas we have or questions that arise.

Cons

I disliked making the change from the desktop version as I was worried I would need to relearn everything but the transition was quite seamless and I couldn't be happier we made the change now!

### "TPS is a good product"

Pros

Cloud functionality Good support Fairly Easy to use

Cons

Some options selected do not remain the same the next time you go to that section. For instance, in billings if you select options and selected other to "show Totals On Columns", you have to do that every time you come back to billings. Same if you select a specific partner under filter.

### "Customer service"

In the 10 years we've been using, I have only had to call maybe two times for customer service help. This week was the second time. \[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic to work with. I am not a techy person by any means & she was very polite, helpful, and explained to me what our situation was; which we will be updating in the near future.

Pros

I've been using for so long, daily tasks have become second nature.

Cons

Can't really think of anything at this time.

### "Time & Billing Issued Solved"

We've used TPS since we originally hired team members. It's part of our "family" of software programs that make this firm work.

Pros

TSP was designed for accounting firms to track time, and expenses. It's excellent when used for billings. It takes the stress out of the crucial billing process. And it's a leader in tracking team hours and processes.

Cons

There are a lot of reports, so it may take a little time to find your favorites.

### "A Great Product for Tracking Time & Billing Invoices"

I have a good experience using TPS. It has helped our company keep track of our work and billing clients.

Pros

I like the time tracking feature the most. It is very intuitive and easy to explain for other employees to use it. Also, there are a lot of different types of reports that I can use.

Cons

Sometimes it might be hard to delete or edit an entry if someone is working on it.

Pros

I think once we get used to the program & features it will allow us to have access to more reports and information.

Cons

How many more steps most things are than from the desktop. Any customization of invoicing takes extra steps, finding client balances take extra steps, and enter time as someone else is a pain!

Cons

Spelling - can't figure out how to enter words. Don't like that you can't have more than one time open at once.

I have never used any other products, TPS is the 1st time I am using a software for bill and time tracking. After 18 month, I must say this is a must for any accounting firm. I believe my overall billing improved as a result of using TPS.

Pros

1\. Time Tracking - very simple for my employee to keep time. 2. Invoicing system is pretty good. It's important for me to see how much time my employee spent on each client and TPS does an excellent job.3. Accounts receivable - pretty good. 4. Many useful management reports to review and analyze

Cons

Practice management - find it too complex and sometimes confusing. we tried and not using it a the moment.

I like the accounts receivable and the ease of being able to check clients balances. I also like the database for client information

The American price. With the foreign exchange, it makes it a little pricey as a Canadian business.

Customer service has been great and able to answer our questions in a timely manner.

Pros

We were looking for a way to send and receive documents in a secure manner and the client portal was our answer. Our clients say that it is a very easy process to join the portal and is user friendly.

Cons

Clients need to be notified via email when an invoice is added to their portal via the batch processing action. Clients don't check the portal on a daily basis and don't know to look for an invoice unless they are notified that one is there.

Reason for choosing TPS Cloud Axis

We were looking for a portal to allow us to share documents securely with our clients.
