I have had to learn a lot for myself. The videos are helpful but could be a little more in-depth. Easy to learn and access

Cons

We have an issue with it dating wrong date when invoicing. Cant change date on Progress bill etc.

### "Time tracking software for accountants"

A very useful tool for the modern accounting practice. Can help keep employees on track.

Pros

A very functional (and detailed) time tracking, billing and general practice management tool. Have significantly upgrade the UI so much better to use than even a few years ago.

Cons

Can still be difficult to pull relevant reports quickly. Editing and moving certain entries is not as intuitive as you would like.

Downloading documents offers users flexibility, improved performance, heightened security, and compatibility with their preferred applications, thereby enhancing the overall user experience. However, it's worth noting that browsers like Chrome allow you to install extensions that automatically open PDF files.

Overall our experience with TPS Cloud Axis has been tremendous.

Pros

Great conversion process from the server based product. TPS support is outstanding!

Cons

The only con was the learning curve with a new product. Staff quickly overcame this with training and built in documentation in the system including YouTube videos.

So far I am very happy. It was the way to go.

Pros

(Compared to desktop version): 1.) No updates need to be made.2.) Not having to maintain access across network. 3.) Easy interface online and similar to desktop version. 4.) Report options are richer in the online version.

Cons

1.) Some initial trial and error as you deal with the differences between the online and desktop versions.

Detail billing is available, which we have always used. The cost is modest and the support response is short. Thank you!

Cons

Entering time when one begins a time entry in the morning and completes it in the PM...this should not be this difficult and oftentimes start time entry is lost.
