They are the kind of software company you hope for: committed to its product, improving it continuously, and backing it with fantastic, responsive support—and yes, they promptly reply to support questions. Oh, by the way. When we started, it was version 2, they are now on 5.0 They consistently work to improve and add value.

Pros

Ease of use and the invaluable information you get from it.  At DiscoverTitusville.com, we’ve been using Formaloo for several years. It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested to a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences. Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. For now, it’s been a game changer for discovering new businesses.

Cons

There is so much it can do, it's sometimes hard to break away from playing with the possibilities or adding to what is already working well.

Overall, I still love using Formaloo, and look forward to implementing some of its more complex features. It's a great Typeform alternative for forms and surveys.

Pros

Formaloo continues to grow and develop their core product while expanding with new, useful features. I still love the ability to create complex and beautiful forms with conditional logic that my end-users love to fill out.

Cons

Some of the new features seem quite complex, and I wonder if I'm not using the tools to their full potential by not implementing their various capabilities like the CRM for example.

It takes lots of communication with the Formaloo team to fix bugs and/or correct your forms, dashboards, etc. I think Formaloo has a lot of potential! You will have to be very patient as a Formaloo user, though.

Pros

\-Formaloo dashboards so that external "users" can see their data. This is very difficult to set up correctly though. -You can submit an idea/feature to Formaloo team and they might implement it.

Cons

\-Formaloo has a lot of bugs in their system. If you report the issues they will usually fix them, eventually. Their system/code isn't the best. You will have to do a lot of troubleshooting. -Formaloo doesn't have every capability that I had hoped for, including "features" that they told us were capabilities, that really aren't. -Formaloo will also make updates without telling you, so you may have to change the way you have your stuff setup.

My overall experience has been great. I truly enjoy using their platform, and I have been using their forms for the past few years. It's an awesome platform if you can get used to change from the norm.

Pros

Formaloo was an entirely unique approach to collecting information from our clients. It initially required some adjustments compared to other form vendors in the industry. It took a day to learn their workflow, and it's easy once you get the hang of it. They definitely have the security locked in. They have options where your forms can be encrypted, HIPAA, etc. I would say Formaloo is definitely worth the money compared to others. The user interface is coming along great, and you can tell that they truly listen to their clients. If you have bugs or issues, you can simply submit a support request, and they respond in a timely fashion. Which was a breath of fresh air, if you know what I mean.

Cons

At times, some of the bugs when creating your forms can be a little overwhelming. Especially when you're in a groove and the design process is going well, a bug jumps up and gets in the way, lol. The best part is that they will help you figure it out and get rid of it.

Overall, my experience with Formaloo has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, affordable, and flexible, allowing me to build forms and assessments quickly without needing technical expertise.

Pros

The best thing about Formaloo is the ease of use combined with affordable pricing, saving both time and money.

Cons

What I liked least was the lack of pre-built emojis; Landbot offers this with the ability to assign values.

Accidentally stumbled across this site when I was looking for a more reliable Form input company for my team/organization. IT's been super easy to use and have been very helpful. There are some UI upgrades I'd love to see but overall, cannot complain as you get more than what you pay for.

Pros

Lots of bang for the buck. Other similar form data collection services are 10x as expensive. This gets the job done and has tons of flexibility.

Cons

Normal business hour support in the US isn't really available. Formaloo responds well at times but it is delayed for a US EST customer.

Fantastic, this is one of my favourite form builders for its simplicity and flexibility to create webhooks and such.

Pros

How simple it is to create forms and how smart the forms can be. You have a really big spectrum to build with, even a calculator in the backend.

Cons

The payment check out is not very good or barely works. the times I treid to add it to a form so i check out my payments elsewhere.

My experience has been positive overall. Formaloo simplifies data collection and form creation with an easy-to-use interface, and I’ve appreciated how seamless it is to share and manage forms. The language restriction on the dashboard, however, is something I’d like to see improved in the future for a more inclusive experience.

Pros

What I liked most about Formaloo was how easy it was to get started. The drag-and-drop system for creating forms and apps is straightforward, and I didn’t need to spend hours figuring it out. It’s flexible and customizable, which worked well for adapting it to my specific needs.

Cons

One thing that stood out to me was that the dashboard is only available in English. Although it’s possible to create forms in multiple languages, it would be great if the tool itself supported Portuguese (or other languages). For some users, this might be a barrier, especially when working with teams who are not comfortable with English.

Overall Formaloo is a High Value for Money as compared to any of its alternative. You can actually replace quite a few different softwares like for Forms, CRM, Quiz builder, LMS, Survey software, etc. - for just this 1 software. Plus UI/UX is good & can be easily used by Non-Techincal, No-Code. Low-Code users as well.

Pros

Initially I got interested in Formaloo because I thought it is a Great alternative for TypeForm & Google Forms but later on I realized that it is like entire Business Operating System

Cons

Although it is a Great alternative for TypeForm for doing Surveys, etc. but I noticed that I was not able to find a lot of beautiful & aesthetically designed Survey Templates like in TypeForm.

Pros

I am currently using the free version of Formaloo as a segue into the paid version. The interface is friendly and easy to use, even for the most non-technical user. I haven't experienced any bugs or issues so far. It gets the job done for my needs currently, and I know I'll be in good hands if and when I'm ready to purchase the next tier up.

Cons

It's not integrated into my tech deck (like an ESP's form would be), and for that, it's unfortunate but no fault of the software itself.

I am happy with the software, I like the flexibility to be able to insert it anywhere and the large number of options it offers and it continues to grow. The support team is very responsive and they help you a lot with questions. It seems to me that it can become a pretty solid option for creating forms in a very short time. I think I will use it more and more over other options.

Pros

It has many very useful options when creating forms: - What I like the most is the large number of templates it has, they help you a lot to work faster and at times when you are not sure what fields you should add to your form. - It has a plugin for wordpress, but it also has options to share with a link, or embed in any type of site. - The editor is has the option of drag and drop, which makes it easy to use. - Allows the reception of files and has space for storage - It has options to perform calculations with the data captured by the user, it even helps you to make quotes - If-then options, which allows showing or hiding questions depending on what the user is capturing - Accept online payments - Has built-in anti-spam option - I love the one that allows you to advance to the next question by pressing Enter

Cons

I like it and it has a lot of potential, but it seems to me that it needs to polish some issues, however it seems to me that they are on the right track. What can be improved: - More options to customize the fields - Sometimes it takes too long to load the form, this should definitely improve. - That allows you to have custom domains (I know it's on your roadmap) - It has options for quizzes, but for my requirements, I need the one that can put time to each question - It lacks multilanguage options in the interface (also in the roadmap).

Fantastic! It starts with the leadership down. They have a good team and culture. I have rolled it out for several of my clients and they have all been satisfied with the results.

Pros

Great value for the prices. The AI built into the form analysis makes it very convenient to analyze data in the platform. Automated AI responses are also great!

Cons

I still occasionally come across platform issues, but the support team is always quick to respond and resolve them.

It keeps updating features and the roadmap is quite promising. Support is also prompt. Overall my experience is good, building forms using templates and then modify a bit to suit my needs.

Pros

Client Portal frontend and backend for all forms. Ability to create complex database like Support Ticket System. So many pre-built templates. Not only you can create traditional contact, survey forms, you can also create quiz, assessment forms as well as e-Signature and Event Ticket and Booking features. Many features. You got to pay small amount only to access so many functions.

Cons

It takes some time to understand the layout, user interface and workflows. Not so many app integrations.
