Easy to build out workflows, & connect with other tools. If you need customer input and process data -even end it to other apps, Formaloo is a really good bet. And at a very good price point. Pros A very comprehsive tool, or rather toolset. Capable of building out costomized tools matching almost (actually - propperly) any business's needs, from more general sales to coutomer support, including coaching and non traditional busines categories. You need interaction with cutomers, their info, input or other data? Formaloo offer a wide category of forms & tools that either are directly functional, with very little time spend on setting them up, allready mande template, or you can build out more complex set up's. It i easy to interconnect with other tool creating full workflows, that else would take manual expertice & time. Formaloo offers the capability to automate many else not possible proces flows. Cons Could be a bit overwhelmed at first, as it's a very capable tool, and if you did not have a very focused idea about what you et out to build. You can early end up spending a bit more time if you have not specified waht you set out to achieve. As when inside Formaloo you can easily get new ideas about possibilities that seemed just out of reach, tech or skill wise (if you are a smaller outfit). Review Source EW Earl W. There is a wealth of templates, webinars, and information to build virtually whatever you can think of from an ordering system or online retail experience to client portals and internal applications. All of which can be powered with AI. Pros Versatility in the platform that allowed me to create forms, online apps and experiences to collect hundreds of customers contact information, store inventory data for my business and more at live and online events and retail. Cons I was having a hard time connecting my different CNAME domains to different forms but I believe it was fixed as of now. August 24, 2025 5.0 Formaloo is a unique form builder that has many applications for all sorts of projects that can be easily implemented on any website. The dashboard and builder is easy to use. Overall great tool and usability compared to other form builders. Pros Easy to create projects and build all type of forms. There are so many features that can apply to any project. Support is great and willing to help if you have trouble. Great value for the software. Reporting and tracking is accurate and analyzing results is clear to understand. Have not experienced many bugs or security issues. Cons Setting up notification emails can be confusing. In viewing responses, wish the user didn't have to side scroll and you can see all columns with a full screen monitor or make the bottom side scroll visible to able to drag across with mouse. Pros What I love most about Formaloo is that I can perform calculations and display results on my page without any coding, without needing to understand programming or web development. In addition to being a tool with tons of customization and design options, for me the unique value has always been its conditional logic and calculation functions, where it's infinitely superior to the competition. It has enormous potential as a foundation for creating customized solutions via integration with other tools, and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance. Pros Conditional logic and calculation options are by far the best features compared to other alternative tools. Cons To date, I can't highlight any negative points. It's a very solid tool in every aspect, and even the most complex functions or automations with third-party tools have worked surprisingly well. I am using formaloo for as a form which is integrated in my website for the end user, so I need more feautures which will make it more cleat to the end user. Also, the design of the forms need to be easier to do and more developed. Pros I like the first system, where it just drag and drop. I like the cleanines of 2.0 and how it response realy quickly, also after 100 wuestions are added. Cons there is a limit about how many questions could be added, beacuse than it crushes. also, I wish to have an option to add a little information about diffrent questions. like and 'i' icon. And, as a non technical founder who cares about ease of use and setup, it’s my first reason for using Formaloo. Cons One con about Formaloo is affordability for a up and growing business. While their current plans are quite reasonable for the features offered, would be a 9.8/10 if they had an extra plan before the pro plan with capped features at a lower subscription price. There is a lot options to customize your layouts. I use Formaloo to create a name list when doing events. It gives me a great way to collect data like names, email and phone numbers. It a great product and good value for the money. Cons I don't have any cons about using the software. They publish a lot of email information showing different ways of how to use the software. I only wish I had more time to learn how to use it more often. Cons I wish I could design better looking forms, something like Jotform. I do not like that I can't remove the formaloo logo at a pro account level. I feel like I should be able to do that.
