They are the kind of software company you hope for: committed to its product, improving it continuously, and backing it with fantastic, responsive support—and yes, they promptly reply to support questions. Oh, by the way. When we started, it was version 2, they are now on 5.0 They consistently work to improve and add value. Pros Ease of use and the invaluable information you get from it.  At DiscoverTitusville.com, we’ve been using Formaloo for several years. It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested to a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences. Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. For now, it’s been a game changer for discovering new businesses. Cons There is so much it can do, it's sometimes hard to break away from playing with the possibilities or adding to what is already working well. It was good for surveys, but based on their responses, it wasn't good at routing them into the appropriate follow-up sequences. I still love the ability to create complex and beautiful forms with conditional logic that my end-users love to fill out. Cons Some of the new features seem quite complex, and I wonder if I'm not using the tools to their full potential by not implementing their various capabilities like the CRM for example. I truly enjoy using their platform, and I have been using their forms for the past few years. It's an awesome platform if you can get used to change from the norm. Pros Formaloo was an entirely unique approach to collecting information from our clients. It initially required some adjustments compared to other form vendors in the industry. It took a day to learn their workflow, and it's easy once you get the hang of it. They definitely have the security locked in. They have options where your forms can be encrypted, HIPAA, etc. I would say Formaloo is definitely worth the money compared to others. The user interface is coming along great, and you can tell that they truly listen to their clients. If you have bugs or issues, you can simply submit a support request, and they respond in a timely fashion. Which was a breath of fresh air, if you know what I mean. Cons At times, some of the bugs when creating your forms can be a little overwhelming. Especially when you're in a groove and the design process is going well, a bug jumps up and gets in the way, lol. The best part is that they will help you figure it out and get rid of it. IT's been super easy to use and have been very helpful. There are some UI upgrades I'd love to see but overall, cannot complain as you get more than what you pay for. Pros Lots of bang for the buck. Other similar form data collection services are 10x as expensive. This gets the job done and has tons of flexibility. Cons Normal business hour support in the US isn't really available. Formaloo responds well at times but it is delayed for a US EST customer. Pros How simple it is to create forms and how smart the forms can be. You have a really big spectrum to build with, even a calculator in the backend. Cons The payment check out is not very good or barely works. the times I treid to add it to a form so i check out my payments elsewhere. Cons I was having a hard time connecting my different CNAME domains to different forms but I believe it was fixed as of now. Pros Initially I got interested in Formaloo because I thought it is a Great alternative for TypeForm & Google Forms but later on I realized that it is like entire Business Operating System Cons Although it is a Great alternative for TypeForm for doing Surveys, etc. but I noticed that I was not able to find a lot of beautiful & aesthetically designed Survey Templates like in TypeForm. I am using formaloo for as a form which is integrated in my website for the end user, so I need more feautures which will make it more cleat to the end user. Also, the design of the forms need to be easier to do and more developed. Pros I like the first system, where it just drag and drop. I like the cleanines of 2.0 and how it response realy quickly, also after 100 wuestions are added. Cons there is a limit about how many questions could be added, beacuse than it crushes. also, I wish to have an option to add a little information about diffrent questions. like and 'i' icon. And, as a non technical founder who cares about ease of use and setup, it’s my first reason for using Formaloo. Cons One con about Formaloo is affordability for a up and growing business. While their current plans are quite reasonable for the features offered, would be a 9.8/10 if they had an extra plan before the pro plan with capped features at a lower subscription price. It simplifies an entire aspect of capturing all kinds of information. Have not hit any major issues or bugs with it so far and have been using it for over a year, which says a lot in itself. Pros Formaloo is easy to get started with. Makes it simple to create a form, that suits what you need, while being easy to use for the end user. The captured data is easy to access and can be exported /connected to google sheets without too much of an effort. Cons As the usage increases, like a complex set of forms that need to interact, it can get harder to navigate and envision how it works.
