Formaloo is solving so many problems that it could be very long to list them all! From a traditional form that you can embed on your website to NPS customer surveys or lead magnets... you can do everything that you need with this tool.

Pros

Formaloo is a brillant tool allowing you to build different type of forms: traditional contact forms but also surveys, quizzes and even assessment forms (with conditions & logic)! It is just brilliant! Ideal to collect feedback or to generate leads.

Cons

Formaloo offers so many possibilities that it requires a bit of time in order to understand how it works. Thanks to a large library of pre-built templates and great Youtube videos, you will find a way to build what you need.

I love the Formaloo platform! It's so easy to use and I was able to build my custom business application without any coding required. The support team is also super helpful and they were able to help me with any questions I had. Highly recommend this platform!

Pros

With Formaloo, you can make your own surveys, quizzes, polls, and more! There are different templates for all types of projects such as HR questionnaires or customer satisfaction surveys. You can also export your results in a spreadsheet format which makes it easier to analyze them with other programs like Excel or GSheet.

Cons

Need integration with Pabbly. The only negative is that though the logic builder has a nice flow chart to help you manage your logic, it doesn't have advanced logic such as skip or block logic. I like the ease in creating complex forms for my clients to fill out. The forms are easy to build and look professional to my clients.

Cons

There are a few funky layout issues with the multiple choice options, but not a deal breaker.

Pros

Formaloo is a brilliant and powerful solution to create actionable forms and surveys that can be customize as one wants and that can operate with any third party products using API and webhooks. Love it !

Cons

To be honest, the app feature is probably useful for internal needs / apps, but I don't really know how I could use it with clients.

Formaloo has powerful features with potential uses cases that goes much beyond digital marketing. If you manage data of any kind, it can be a real struggle to find a tool that can be useful for multiple use cases. This could be your answer. Their roadmap is promising a lot and if they deliver, this will become a killer application. I hope they deliver. There is also a feel good factor which I am experiencing with the Formaloo team when it comes to their transparency, their actions and their service standards.

Pros

It is NOT just a form builder. Look at it as a data management tool. Look at it as your one source of truth. The extensive library of DFY templates is a great starting point for the beginner. I really like the relational aspect of the tool wherein you can basically combine multiple forms and mix and match them to create powerful data engines. It is a function of our imagination.

Cons

The load time can be slightly disturbing but I am sure it will improve with time as they work on it as currently, there are a lot of things going on under the hood with powerful features. There are a few missing features as of now and I am waiting for Answer Piping, Table filters and Multiple outcome/success pages.

So far it has been great. I emailed some questions on a Friday evening after signing up and woke up the next morning with answers in my inbox.

Pros

It is easy and intuitive. This is a full-featured form software that is easy to understand and implement. I have quite a few forms on my website on both the front end and back end and it was a quick and easy set-up.

Cons

Just one. I would like a conditional redirect that occurs "on select" instead of waiting for the form to submit. But this is a young company with a great roadmap, so I expect to see that sooner than later.

It feels well thought out and quite ambitious as it tries to provide tons of templates for diverse industry use cases, multiple deployment possibilities and extensive customizations including custmizing URL slug, domain name, logos and other such branding features. It is also the first forms/survey builder whose logic / conditions I found easy to use. This is because it offers a flowchart visualization of the survey which I haven't found in solutions I have used in the past. Its advance logic is easy to setup. I presume it will compete fairly with some of the solutions that have existed longer.

Pros

My biggest satisfaction with Formaloo is that I can use it as a workbook for trainees, because respondents can receive a copy of their response via email. This wasn't available in a previous solution I used. I also like the vast collection of templates.

Cons

The UI looks quite barebones and unfinished, which can cost Formaloo business because new users may interpret that as the solution being an immature one. I tried it out first time because I trusted the community that recommended it, else I might have underrated it. I am very happy with it though, so I hope they polish the UI soon enough to not lose them prospective customers.

Pros

You can have branded forms, buttons, different success messages, SMTP mails, logic, calculator, CNAME, You name it. Also, create portals with logins, not just forms. You can create contact forms, quizzes, games and more. Also, their built-in anti spam services make it a great overall product!

Cons

The UXUI is not great dn sometimes difficult to use or go back or click on some sections. They mad improvements over the last year so I know they are working on this.

I use Formaloo to do forms - and I can check new responses on the mobile app. You want a form builder to just work and be able to integrate with everything and have conditional form logic. Formaloo does all of that and we are sticking them them I this software category.

Pros

I trust Formaloo to work. And that's important. Once you understand how to setup forms, they have every feature you could possibly need - and it's independent from being a plugin, like on Wordpress, that can lead to issues with glitchy updates.

Cons

The form builder took a little while to get used to coming from Wufoo, but now that I understand where everything is, it just works.

Pros

Its friendly UI is a big PLUS. The ability to automate Formaloo with other software is another big PLUS PLUS.

Cons

Although its calculator functions can serve many basic needs, I hope it can be further improved in terms of adding more variables from other questions collected.

Pros

It is relatively simple to use and yet can be used for a lot of different applications. I am only really using the form builder/database functionality but it can be used for many other things. Eventually I might build a mobile app with it.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. Initially they didn't have many videos but they have fixed that and their support is quite good.

Pros

Formaloo comes with so many powerful features that makes this one of the best alternative for those other, more known software of its kind. My personal favorite and the reason for choosing Formaloo is the survey and quiz features that it offers. I've been looking for something that has logic built in and that can help me create customer surveys and quizzes for lead gen. I do a lot of surveys and audience research as a copywriter, so having a software I enjoy working with and has all the features I need to set up a survey or quiz was paramount. And it makes it easier for me to suggest this solution to my clients, too. I've barely scratched the surface and there's a ton more that Formaloo can do, including forms you can integrate with your website. Being able to present your survey results visually also gives you an advantage when sharing data points with shareholders.

Cons

The one thing I'd love to see is a more uncluttered interface when I'm putting together a survey and a more user-friendly UI/UX as a user. Sometimes having too many options for formatting text in certain fields feels a bit too cluttered. But I know the team is working hard on this and so many other additions and improvements so I'm eager to see how Formaloo evolves over time.

We have been using Formaloo in our agency for 6 months now and we have used it for pre-meeting questionnaires, feedback forms, data gathering for new website content as well as teaching clients how to run their own surveys.

Pros

The program is easy to use with a huge range of templates out of the box. However the thing that I like most about the software is how you can connect each individual form to a subdomain or embed each form on any website (similar to embedding a YouTube video). This allows for total flexibility when running surveys or questionnaires across various clients.

Cons

Some of the advanced survey fields are missing but that is such a minor issue

I found Formoloo an excellent product and see many current and future uses for it in our business.

Pros

I run a project for a charity. We have a need to generate various forms requiring various levels of functionality. In the past we used Google forms and Microsoft Forms. They were useful but had limited functionality and levels of customisation. Formaoloo gave us all that we were missing and more.

Cons

Difficult to say but probably would have liked the quiz customisation to be a bit easier. Also had some issues amending forms on my mobile phone.

Support has been excellent, and the ease of deployment has made this purchase a very good one. I'm looking forward to seeing how many things I can use Formaloo for that I haven't been able to do (or do well) before!

Pros

Formaloo is exceptionally easy to deploy, with hardly any need for tutorials. I love how beautiful, versatile, and varied their templates are. I also love that they're integrated with payment processors and allow users to sell physical and digital items, as well as event tickets.

Cons

The one thing that's missing for me is direct autoresponder integrations. For such a powerful tool, that was and is a surprise. I don't care for Zapier, although I've found a way to use my free Zapier plan with Formaloo's Google Sheets integration so that I can automate a mind-numbing task I have to perform on a monthly basis. I hope direct email integrations with the major autoresponders come out soon.

Reason for choosing Formaloo

Folks reading this review may find it interesting that I have both ConvertBox and Smart Quiz Builder. ConvertBox has a lot of great features, but it sometimes feels complicated to set up a form quickly. I love Smart Quiz Builder. I just don't always want to set up a plugin to get a survey up and going. For me, Formaloo is a great alternative to both, and I'm looking forward to using it. One big reason I grabbed it was that it integrates with payment processors, which will make it easy for a family member who just launched a business over the weekend to set up a way to sell products.

Formaloo helps me to collect feedback after my training and also collect interest/request to invite for my private community through predesigned forms.

Pros

I like the fact that there are already custom templates available for almost all the niches and you just have to tweak the content and be creative with the design aspect. And the deployment of forms in through different methods works like a charm

Cons

I think the Ui design could be improved. I know the team is working on it as i am writing this to release in last quarter or something. Look for some wonders over there.

Pros

Formaloo is a new product and listens perfectly to their users. Whenever we are missing something, are having trouble using a tool or think something can be more easier, their team takes these notes very serious and implements them often. Never expierenced a better customer service.

Cons

There are still some simple things missing that you do need, for example: a survey question with a picture or a minimum amount of words someone needs to reply with.
