March 15, 2022 5.0 Pros Basically I started with Formaloo because I was looking for a Typeform substitute. Now I can say that Formaloo has a lot of potentials to become a full-fledge replacement for forms, data collection, and lead generation. Formaloo also has live results presentation which is really useful, but it would be better if we can select which question can be shown. Cons Speeds a bit inconsistent, but I am seeing that they are making improvements in different phases. February 28, 2023 5.0 Great experience so far. It helps me collect data in a structured way which is what I needed. Pros The various use cases that you can implement it for. If are creative there are ton of ways you can use Formaloo. Also of most importance is the security of the data, so Formaloo is a great choice and are transparent about their security controls. I also like that they are constantly integrating with other software, not just automation software like Pabbly, Zapier, etc. Cons The UI of forms could use a design refresh. My customer can login to the form and see all report. If they eant they can also update the form. Pros I bought it in an LTD and so far just used as a form builder and survey tools. It is easy to use and comes with many templates. Also, the customer support was very attentive and answered me quickly when I needed.They are improving and implementing new features constantly, which I think is very good.I soon will try other features they provide, like database and no-code apps. Cons It could have a better interface as well the form's design could be better. Also, the customizable options could be better. March 1, 2022 4.0 I needed a survey creation tool and found a few on AppSumo (the mainstream survey tools all seem overpriced to me). I tried out a number before settling on Formaloo because it did everything I was looking for. I dived straight in and started creating my survey and found it fairly intuitive to use - I didn't need to refer to any help files. The user interface is pretty good and I like that it is simple & easy on the eye. It was a great first time experience & I'm definitely going to look at the other uses of Formaloo for my business Pros I found Formaloo to be really easy to use, with a simple but effective user interface. Creating a survey was easy to do and although it took me a while that was only because I was completely new to the product. My next survey will take next to no time to create. I like that I can integrate Formaloo with other products and I'll be using it for other aspects of my business, not just simple surveys. The company is great at keeping me informed of updates and new features without bombarding me. Cons A couple of my charts had field names going off the page so I could only see half of each of the words, but it wasn't critical. Reason for choosing Formaloo Formaloo offered everything I was looking for, whereas others didn't, plus the user interface was much easier to use than others. Review Source Sean W. Pros I was looking for a way to build forms that didn't involve me knowing code. I found Formaloo and had my first form built within 15 minutes. I find it very intuitive to use the form builder and implement it where I need it on my websites, in social media, and even as a link in my email signature. I will have a lot of use cases for this app. Some of them are asking the attendance of video conference participants, asking for customer information, product customization requirements, contact us forms (of course), and asking for product feedback or review. It got all I need to do these future projects. Cons Not enough customization on fields layout. There are only 2 options available - always single column and responsive multi-columns. You might need to use their Custom CSS feature if you want more control over the layout. Once signed up, in just a few minutes I created a new form for gatharing some information from my team and stared to receive all the information needed. Pros \- Interfase clean, intuitive and very easy to use - Many kind of fields including a complete product/quantity fields. - Included payment with Stripe fields - Multi page forms - Responsive - Integration with many apps including Google Sheets - Webhooks for giving more powerful for programmers - Notifications when somebody submitted data - Calculations for some kind of fields - Summary with graphs of data submitted - Customized domains, very easy to setup - Very good tech support response Cons I would like to have more options for process the information from the database. February 7, 2022 5.0 I'm really satisfied with Formaloo, and I believe that its value will skyrocket. I already plan to use it for a side business I'm building since it's super easy to deploy. Pros It's easy to use and has a great pricing model. It has every feature an advanced form builder should have. It is still some minor refinements from a UX perspective, but it's perfect for deploying an advanced form or a basic web app (something like a calculator or a quiz). You can even pay a one-time fee and export the code as a mobile app. I've not tested this feature yet, but the whole system is promising. Cons The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization. It's almost impossible to customize the forms, so I prefer to use Formaloo on the backend of my services since I can't adapt it to my brand identity. Review Source Phil N. Their template library is really good and the tutorial section is very well covered. There's also a simple WYSIWYG editor, so you know exactly what in your design will be implemented. The folder structure for different forms for different sites/projects is awesome. Cons There wasn't a lot to dislike. I may want to add more ways to accept payment on the forms. Features are being continuously released, which is great to see. The forms are beautiful and very intuitive, on mobile of web. The data collection part is top-notch. I absolutely love that the forms are white labeled and hosted on my own domain using the CNAME option. Cons They are missing out on having support for RTL languages and their integrations are a bit shaky. I believe it will be improved! The customer support is excellent. They respond right away and answer all your questions. They even send you video responses to show you how to fix whatever issue you are having and even offer different solutions.
