Especially in regard to hosting forms and data while still complying to GDPR. But there is so much more - the functionality is huge and I'm really happy that I found it. While I was looking on the roadmap, many of the functions (like Google fonts support) already have been implemented. It's one of the tools that lets me think about new ideas and how to get the most out of it - before I didn't even think about some usecases. Pros Formaloo is easy to set up, easy to style and easy to implement. It is GDPR-ready which is super important for most of my usecases. The functionality is huge, you can build forms, quizzes, surveys and more within a couple of minutes with conditional logic inside. You also have a broad range of options for implementation in your website (iframe, script, embed, link). Cons In my optinion the graphical user interface is too playful - its clean and intuitive but there could be more layout structure too it. I plan to use more with my real estate business to help may filling out questionnaires easier for my clients. Pros I like the templates and the ease of use. I used it first for a 3-part ministry event and It has worked very well. It also saved me a lot of time in making sure materials went to the correct registrants. Cons I duplicated one of the forms I already made and used. Formaloo also duplicated the responses and all of the data, which was a pain because I changed some of the form questions. It would be good to give an option of duplicating "just the form" or "the form and its responses/contents". This was my first time using this feature so now I know it's best to duplicate a form I already made before I sent it to my audience, so that there are no responses. I am not sure if Formaloo integrates with Sendfox or TidyCal (calendar) yet. If so, that is a plus. The UI is simple and clean, there is logic feature for form building and Payment option for forms are a plus for me. Pros The UI is very clean, easy-to-understand and it has a lot of features. Cons As of the moment, only Stripe can be integrated into the payment forms. I hope Paypal and other payment options will become available soon. Reason for choosing Formaloo For the UI, as a UX Designer, I really choose minimalistic UI, simple and easy-to-understand UI. Cons It's ashame that foreign languages are not available. I know that you can write the questions in foreign languages but it's not all translated. Pros This software is fairly easy to use since it is a cloud service, but read my comments below for areas that can be improved on. The price was noticeably less than another solution I looked at for similar functionality. The templates can help your forms avoid looking like they are trapped in the 1990s. Cons I wanted to create a ranking question, but the closest I could find was the matrix table where it is up to the user to follow instructions and only assign a given rank once. I also had an issue with a user being unable to complete a basic survey so this software may be more troubling once I really get to know it. I would also rather have a plus sign after each section to allow adding additional sections as well as making it easier to reorder fields (perhaps a number entry box or up/down arrows rather than dragging?). Reason for choosing Formaloo Mainly I wanted my Moodle instance to be more secure making public surveys cumbersome and WordPress alternatives have steep annual fees and reduce my page performance. Cons At current is just the UI is abit too " all over the place" would be nice if they have a UI upgrade. but of course , important features first! Having clients, they want their own brand/website to be shown. You can give permissions for each client so they can login separately and not see other clients forms. Formaloo has a lot of features that I need in building a form. - Logic that allows me to jump between questions. - You can also add quizzes and calculate scores at the end. - You can use the form as a link or embed into your website like a static form or even a widget.
