Pros Creating forms is straightforward and there are lots of fields available to use. I will have a lot of use cases for this app. Some of them are asking the attendance of video conference participants, asking for customer information, product customization requirements, contact us forms (of course), and asking for product feedback or review. It got all I need to do these future projects. Cons Not enough customization on fields layout. There are only 2 options available - always single column and responsive multi-columns. You might need to use their Custom CSS feature if you want more control over the layout. Cons They need more options for currency and payment gateways. There was a minor issue with date fields, but the team is working on it. Reason for choosing Formaloo Formaloo makes it easier to scale while maintaining an organized structure that can be used for unlimited databases and even apps. Once signed up, in just a few minutes I created a new form for gatharing some information from my team and stared to receive all the information needed. The documentation is clear and has many videos for helping you to configure all features. Pros \- Interfase clean, intuitive and very easy to use - Many kind of fields including a complete product/quantity fields. - Included payment with Stripe fields - Multi page forms - Responsive - Integration with many apps including Google Sheets - Webhooks for giving more powerful for programmers - Notifications when somebody submitted data - Calculations for some kind of fields - Summary with graphs of data submitted - Customized domains, very easy to setup - Very good tech support response Cons I would like to have more options for process the information from the database. February 7, 2022 5.0 I'm really satisfied with Formaloo, and I believe that its value will skyrocket. I already plan to use it for a side business I'm building since it's super easy to deploy. Pros It's easy to use and has a great pricing model. It has every feature an advanced form builder should have. It is still some minor refinements from a UX perspective, but it's perfect for deploying an advanced form or a basic web app (something like a calculator or a quiz). You can even pay a one-time fee and export the code as a mobile app. I've not tested this feature yet, but the whole system is promising. Cons The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization. It's almost impossible to customize the forms, so I prefer to use Formaloo on the backend of my services since I can't adapt it to my brand identity. Review Source Phil N. The other nice thing is that they have a road map for upcoming features and current projects, so very transparent. Pros Formaloo is easy to use and pick up. Their template library is really good and the tutorial section is very well covered. There's also a simple WYSIWYG editor, so you know exactly what in your design will be implemented. The folder structure for different forms for different sites/projects is awesome. Cons There wasn't a lot to dislike. I may want to add more ways to accept payment on the forms. Features are being continuously released, which is great to see. The forms are beautiful and very intuitive, on mobile of web. The data collection part is top-notch. I absolutely love that the forms are white labeled and hosted on my own domain using the CNAME option. Cons They are missing out on having support for RTL languages and their integrations are a bit shaky. I believe it will be improved! They even send you video responses to show you how to fix whatever issue you are having and even offer different solutions. Cons There are still some bugs that need to be addressed but as soon as you contact support about the bug, they address it right away. Especially in regard to hosting forms and data while still complying to GDPR. But there is so much more - the functionality is huge and I'm really happy that I found it. While I was looking on the roadmap, many of the functions (like Google fonts support) already have been implemented. It's one of the tools that lets me think about new ideas and how to get the most out of it - before I didn't even think about some usecases. Pros Formaloo is easy to set up, easy to style and easy to implement. It is GDPR-ready which is super important for most of my usecases. The functionality is huge, you can build forms, quizzes, surveys and more within a couple of minutes with conditional logic inside. You also have a broad range of options for implementation in your website (iframe, script, embed, link). Cons In my optinion the graphical user interface is too playful - its clean and intuitive but there could be more layout structure too it. I plan to use more with my real estate business to help may filling out questionnaires easier for my clients. Pros I like the templates and the ease of use. I used it first for a 3-part ministry event and It has worked very well. It also saved me a lot of time in making sure materials went to the correct registrants. Cons I duplicated one of the forms I already made and used. Formaloo also duplicated the responses and all of the data, which was a pain because I changed some of the form questions. It would be good to give an option of duplicating "just the form" or "the form and its responses/contents". This was my first time using this feature so now I know it's best to duplicate a form I already made before I sent it to my audience, so that there are no responses. I am not sure if Formaloo integrates with Sendfox or TidyCal (calendar) yet. If so, that is a plus. Cons As of the moment, only Stripe can be integrated into the payment forms. I hope Paypal and other payment options will become available soon.
