Overall experience is very good, we used to have frejun in my last organization and now i recommended it to my current organization and we are using it here.

Pros

It has a very good integration with different crm and click to call feature makes it the best as we are able to do more work in less time. Their cutomer support is too good quick resolutions are provided.

Cons

Sometimes the customer's are not able to hear because of the network issues but it eventually get sorted when a good wifi connection is there.

It is a very helpful platform for lead qualification calling. Recording of calls help us review in detail later. Reporting and segmentation of quality of leads also becomes simple.

Smooth calling interface. Lead qualification and segregation of lead type becomes easier with the pre existing options. Report generation

Cons

There are few moments when the calls do not get triggered. It requires manual effort to trigger the same.

Pros

Very easy to place calls, makes quick work of an otherwise tedious task. Option to add notes for calls, along with their reason and status is quite good. You can simply take a look at the list of calls made, to see if you needed to take extra action for any. Incase you forget anything important, you can revisit the call recordings too. They allot a virtual number as well so that people don't get your personal number.

Cons

Sometimes it lags a little. Also while receiving a call back, it doesn't always notify you on who it is fast enough. But these are still minor drawbacks that I am sure will get fixed soon. Doesn't impact the quality by a lot as of now.

I had a positive experience using Frejun,Always thought of using this king of application as it keeps record and track of ppl connected with officially ,in a proper manner .

Pros

Easy of use,you just need to copy the number from the particular portal to paste and give a call straightaway.

Cons

As anyone calls back on the same number ,your phone will not give the identity of the person calling but would state frejun's number ,but on the software instead as a cover it has the name of the person that we would've saved earlier.

Satisfied and Good.

Pros

Can get calls to the given number any time like usual number. Records all the calls. Tracking calls. Can do Call from laptop chrome extension and mobile app.

Cons

Contact logs not displaying in mobile app. As a user couldn't track my call time in the Software itself, need to take excel report to view the call time. If any option easy to copy paste bulk contacts will be good.

My overall experience with FreJun is really good because it helps me in keeping records of all my candidates and also for future purpose it is very helpful.

Pros

The most likely features of FreJun is - It records all the calls so if required we can listen all old data recording also and it is helpful in keeping track of all candidate contact numbers as well.

Cons

The least likely feature is sometimes its lagging and not able to make calls and also sometime we have to make calls multiple times when its not connecting properly.

The call tracker, the call recorder . I have been using frejun and love these two features, Also you get to know who is calling you back . Also I can keep a record of how many calls I have made.

There are times when the calls are not recorded properly. And also alot of times when we are not able to call.
