I can make recurring meetings for class or for consultations. Pros Zoom rooms make it easy to collaborate with others, no matter what the reason is for the meeting. Video calls, room bookings and meetings are all optimized for the user and the audience. Cons What I like least about Zoom Rooms is the difficulty finding Zoom backgrounds that are A. free and/or B. inexpensive. I like changing my backgrounds to fit the audience for the meeting. The product makes it seamless and struggle free when scheduling meetings. The directions that are automatically generated for the users are also helpful when they add the meeting to their calendar. Pros I like Zoom Rooms because it's easy to use and navigate. It helped our team and organization to be more efficient with scheduling meetings. Zoom support was very helpful throughout the transition. Our teams love using the video calling option as it helps keep everybody involved engaged. It's very easy to book a meeting with other departments. Our team also loves the integration that Zoom has with our calendars. Cons The transition to using Zoom was a challenge just because a lot of our employees weren't super tech-savvy so our IT support team did see an increase in ticket volumes with issues regarding the transition. The hardware dependency can also be a con just because everything can add up quickly in cost, but overtime the ROI will be beneficial. However, if I had to rely on the application on a daily basis, I would improve the user experience by simplifying the settings options and reducing the number of updates. Cons The excessive and frequent updates tend to harm the overall user experience, there have been several occasions when I ended up joining meetings late because of them. Pros Like a lot of people I started using Zoom Rooms a lot during Covid for work and I guess that's never really stopped, with so much more "zoom time" in peoples' lives these days. It's pretty flexible in terms of hosting either simple meetings or larger, conference-style meetings. Cons Earlier there were problems with people being able to "bomb" rooms but that seems to have been resolved. Chat seems clunky and in larger conferences can quickly become unmanageable. I appreciate that they have an ease of use, so that I can connect with other organizations and individuals for work and family. The AI features are also helpful for reviewing meetings and remembering in action points. Cons I wish that Zoom was more affordable. The cost for the service is prohibitive. There are also challenges when people don't have fast enough internet that it can lose connection. I wish the AI tools were better integrated with Microsoft and Google. So the company started using zoom rooms to do video conferencing and that makes really easy for team members and clients to connect from wherever they live. Pros This gives a clear connection among the connected parties and standard quality video and audio conferencing as well. This supports to join and conduct from any device and meeting controller can easily configure the room sizes, recording settings and backgrounds. Cons The only thing I see as a drawback is how it behaves with some kind of a slow internet connection.
