Initial setup took a while but once up and running it was simple to get on. The one touch meeting start is one of the best features. Overall, its a excellent choice for organizations that rely on hybrid collaboration. Pros Very easy to use, the audio and video quality are always perfect. I do like the calendar integration. I always like getting my calendar reminders for upcoming zooms. Booking rooms in advance saves time. Cons The occasional software updates can require down time. We must have a strong internet connection. We have only had to get customer support during setup. The fact that you have an option to do it is the freedom given to each applicant to make their own decision to proceed in the process or even the human resource have to tell you to exit is just easy because you don't have to face so much embarrassment like social rejection. Pros I have experienced employment process through panel interview who doesn't now a days?. One good thing about the zoom rooms it becomes part of the moving up processes which significant to applicant it allows you to gain privacy in each employment processes and it hint you that you pass the interview process. Pros Like a lot of people I started using Zoom Rooms a lot during Covid for work and I guess that's never really stopped, with so much more "zoom time" in peoples' lives these days. It's pretty flexible in terms of hosting either simple meetings or larger, conference-style meetings. Cons Earlier there were problems with people being able to "bomb" rooms but that seems to have been resolved. Chat seems clunky and in larger conferences can quickly become unmanageable.
