The fact that you have an option to do it is the freedom given to each applicant to make their own decision to proceed in the process or even the human resource have to tell you to exit is just easy because you don't have to face so much embarrassment like social rejection. Pros I have experienced employment process through panel interview who doesn't now a days?. One good thing about the zoom rooms it becomes part of the moving up processes which significant to applicant it allows you to gain privacy in each employment processes and it hint you that you pass the interview process.
