Initial setup took a while but once up and running it was simple to get on. The one touch meeting start is one of the best features. Overall, its a excellent choice for organizations that rely on hybrid collaboration. Pros Very easy to use, the audio and video quality are always perfect. I do like the calendar integration. I always like getting my calendar reminders for upcoming zooms. Booking rooms in advance saves time. Cons The occasional software updates can require down time. We must have a strong internet connection. We have only had to get customer support during setup. I use it maybe 10 hours a week+ and usually everything goes smoothly. Pros Like a lot of people I started using Zoom Rooms a lot during Covid for work and I guess that's never really stopped, with so much more "zoom time" in peoples' lives these days. It's pretty flexible in terms of hosting either simple meetings or larger, conference-style meetings. Cons Earlier there were problems with people being able to "bomb" rooms but that seems to have been resolved. Chat seems clunky and in larger conferences can quickly become unmanageable. The fact that you have an option to do it is the freedom given to each applicant to make their own decision to proceed in the process or even the human resource have to tell you to exit is just easy because you don't have to face so much embarrassment like social rejection. Pros I have experienced employment process through panel interview who doesn't now a days?. Cons The kicking out of the room can be taken as a turn down experience. I can only understand why some will utilized to exit the room if they face initiating. The product makes it seamless and struggle free when scheduling meetings. The directions that are automatically generated for the users are also helpful when they add the meeting to their calendar. Pros I like Zoom Rooms because it's easy to use and navigate. It helped our team and organization to be more efficient with scheduling meetings. Zoom support was very helpful throughout the transition. Our teams love using the video calling option as it helps keep everybody involved engaged. It's very easy to book a meeting with other departments. Our team also loves the integration that Zoom has with our calendars. Cons The transition to using Zoom was a challenge just because a lot of our employees weren't super tech-savvy so our IT support team did see an increase in ticket volumes with issues regarding the transition. The hardware dependency can also be a con just because everything can add up quickly in cost, but overtime the ROI will be beneficial.
