Room booking is simple and quick when you need a last minute meeting. I have not had to use customer support as the learning curve has been easy to figure out. Pros Zoom Rooms is a great tool for online teaching and has been a lifesaver for me during the pandemic. As a professor, it allowed me to conduct individual and group orientation with ease, as I could visit multiple virtual rooms to guide my students. One of the best things about Zoom Rooms is that it allows you to have multiple rooms in one meeting, making it easier to conduct classes with a larger group of students. Cons There were some minor issues I encountered when using Zoom Rooms. At times, students got confused and left their assigned room to go to the general meeting room if I wasn't there yet. Pros This gives a clear connection among the connected parties and standard quality video and audio conferencing as well. This supports to join and conduct from any device and meeting controller can easily configure the room sizes, recording settings and backgrounds. Cons The only thing I see as a drawback is how it behaves with some kind of a slow internet connection. Zoom rooms require a fast internet connection and it is not working properly sometimes for me and that depends on the location that has lower signal strength.
