It's straightforward to use and there and plenty of tutorials online. Updates come through regularly and it gets all the latest legislative changes and applies them automatically. Payslips are produced automatically and emailed to staff straight from the software. The few times I've had queries/issues, customer services are super easy to get hold of and very polite and helpful Pros Makes monthly payroll very quick and easy. Pros Easy interface; straightforward to set up; Simple to add employees and track holidays. I used it for shift work where staff worked odd hour shifts, was able to track holidays and sick pay Cons Sometimes not completely intuitive but was able to get support quickly to work through the issues.
