Pros: The day to day appointment management functions are straightforward and the set up is intuitive. Setting up appointments, moving appointments, looking up patient demos and changing registration is all very simple.

Cons: Reporting functions aren't straightforward. It's best if users have billing experience and the appropriate software to export reports to. My office does not have Excel which would be helpful in reporting.

Overall: It's straightforward and not time-consuming during the clinic day. It's utilized by office staff and by the billing company without issue.
