The team were brilliant at onboarding us. Rather than just an app, I felt we gained a process and system for documenting and sharing processes in our growing business.
It also gives great peace of mind having a live chat box should you need any support and our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is very quick at responding to us which we really appreciate.
I am very happy with the decision to invest time and money into AirManual and I urge any company that wants to improve their process management to adopt AirManual in their business.
AirManual has been excellent during the onboarding process. We have been very lucky to have [SENSITIVE CONTENT] as our point of contact and trainer on the software.
Cons
There wasn't any particular element that we disliked about AirManual.
Currently there is no formal option for branding.
Still early days with the software so it is missing some key elements such as uploading documents to it but gather that is in the works.
I understand that it is supposed to be an online document, but for parts of it we need to print and this can be costly due to the amount of pages that prints off.

Overall: We used AirManual to automate our pre-onboarding and onboarding process. New hire feedback has been fantastic and the team have found it easy to use. What makes AirManual really special is the customer support and training they provide. We've been blown away by the attention to detail and help we've had to guide us through the process.
Pros: The software is simple to use and does what is say on the tin. You can create simple checklist quickly and it's easy to edit and update.
Cons: Some features are still in development but the AirManual team have been fabulous at responding to feature requests and the tool keeps getting better and better.

Overall: Simple is the name of our game and with AirManual, you get exactly that. A simple and quick way to get everything organized and documented to keep your team flowing day to day with ease.
Pros: I love that it is easy to get started on a new document in the blink of an eye and you can have something good going strong in about the same amount of time it takes to brush your teeth.
Cons: I don't think I have found anything I don't like, but I'm looking forward for new features to keep rolling out for even more usage options.

Overall: Very positive overall experience, its become an essential part of our work day.
Pros: We have an enormous amount of different processes in our workplace, each with many steps involved. Its very helpful to have a system we can use to document everything and refer back to when completing these tasks.
Cons: There's very little to dislike, can't think of anything.

Pros: It is a live document that can be amended as the business changes and grows.
Cons: The size of photos and fonts cannot be changed in the document. I understand that it is supposed to be an online document, but for parts of it we need to print and this can be costly due to the amount of pages that prints off. I also have to adjust the size of the photos elsewhere before being able to copy them into AirManual.

Pros: The guided checklists ensure the overview, big picture is covered before getting into the detail. It's uncluttered and really enables the team to focus on documenting how things are done.
Cons: I'd like to see the manage features integrated into the whole documentation process, rather than having to switch modes/views.
