Any problems I've had has been easily rectified by the simply swim team. They've usually been punctual and polite.

Pros

The customer support team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] is always so helpful and can get everything sorted in a very timely manner. the program is also really easy to use and if I can't figure it out, the articles are always useful.

Cons

I would love to be able to separate the calendars so its easier to view as we want to use it for different sports in the same centre.

I love to teach swimming, am proud of my little business but loathe admin! SimplySwim helps me keep my families informed and allows me to look professional out of the pool.

Pros

Simply Swim helps me keep admin and information organised and easily accessible. It also provides my families with secure access to amazing features including swimmer progress and certificates. It's the little things that take a product from good to amazing. I am so impressed with this product, but even more so, the support & customer service is phenomenal. Nothing is too much trouble and the turnaround time for assistance and follow up is great. They also listen to their customers and are continually improving and enhancing the product. I love that SimplySwim integrates with accounting and payment systems; it makes my life so much simpler!

Cons

I can sometimes struggle to find what I'm looking for: Enter the amazing support team! I've never been made to feel silly asking for assistance when I can't find the answer in the database.

Cons

While SimplySwim is very user-friendly overall, the main drawbacks are the time required to set it up, some limitations in reporting, and minor usability issues when managing large amounts of data or using mobile devices.

Or overall experience has been a seamless transition from a far inferior product. We looked at numerous products but always came back to Simply Swim as it was just the right size and fit for our boutique business.

Pros

Ease of use is fantastic and it's very intuitive (unlike other software we se for other things). Support is fantastic too, as are the add ons. Have recently added in self check in which is fantastic!

Cons

That you guys are too far away to pop over for coffee or take you out for lunch!!! Seriously, that's it!

iClass Pro was too complicated and big for our swim school - it was also too "American" to suit our needs.

Very poor product with even poorer functionality. You get what you pay for but we were forded to se Swimbiz as we were a part of a franchise at the time.

I have always found the service outstanding. I can not praise \[sensitive content hidden\] enough for all the times she has had to answer my dumb questions and been so helpful when I'm freaking out about any issues.

Pros

The customer service from the SimplySwim team is exceptional. I always get a quick & thorough answer. I feel they really listen to their customers feedback and LOVE that they are always improving the program. Our time on tasks is so quick & simple. The program is easy to use with great support.

Cons

I probably don't use the program to it's full potential. There are a lot of reports that I should probably take the time to learn. When your Enquiries List is really long it is hard to remember where you're up to and see easily what days/times people are applying for.

Very easy system to use and navigate, customers can also book themselves in for holiday programs and assessments. The customer portal is an amazing tool and takes the pressure off us. the Staff from Simply Swim are always on call for help or advice and are lovely.

Pros

Simply Swim is so easy to use and if we ever have any questions the Team is always there for you to help. Outstanding Service.

Cons

Just a few reporting functions however we know Simply Swim are working on with us on these and hopefully will all be functioning soon.

SimplySwim is one of the best on the marketing but what I’ve liked the most is their continuous support and goals to improve the software for their customers

Cons

Ability to complete all basic tasks (bookings for instance) on phones/tablets not currently available

We've been using SimplySwim at our swim centre for several years now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our day-to-day operations. From class scheduling and enrolments to communication with parents and handling payments, the system has streamlined every aspect of our business.

Pros

SimplySwim is a fantastic tool for swim schools to organise their classes and billing. So easy to use and the customer support is great.

Cons

SimplySwim is great overall, and if there are any problems or glitches, the customer support are fast to help out. No real problem with it so far.

The quick search engine is very sensitive. Searching up names or pass numbers can be very particular.

I am forever grateful I found Simply Swim. I was previously doing everything on spreadsheets and as my business grew to 40 or more students (now over 140 student) managing catch-up lessons manually was impossible. I was spending more administration time trying to give people something for free. Total insanity. Now I have Simply Swim. Easy to use, scalable, designed by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who has grass roots skills in running swim schools so you know its an exceptional product built for us at the coalface of the LTS industry. Thank you K\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\],your amazing to have created this software.

Pros

The student timetable scheduling ease of use, SMS communications tailored at class level in attendance records in case of urgent communications regarding unscheduled closures, flexible communications in the campaigns feature to target specific clients, the parent portal for advising of student absences reduces my administration time significantly but most of all the software support is exceptional when you need advice on how to resolve a scenario.

Cons

I'm on the basic price plan and would love the parent portal to allow features such as student progress but I know this is available on another plan. What would be even more useful would be the ability for the parent to have an area on the portal to flag all of their available days/times for future terms. This would save a lot of administration when working out the timetable for the term ahead - Similar to a waitlist but recording term number, flag days ie: Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat,Sun, mornings and or afternoons. Currently I put that information in the "parent occupation" field on the family record.

Reason for choosing SimplySwim

Links management software was outrageously expensive for a small swim school to afford. Extremely complicated to understand. Simply Swim configuration setup was handled by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], we just provided our customer database in a format that was suitable to be imported. The first few term rollovers/billing cycles \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped me through but it was easy after that.

Simply Swim has cut down on admin time for us and it has been easy to train new staff to use the system. Based on referals from other swim schools its the only system we looked at purchasing. I highly recommend Simply Swim

Pros

I love the user friendly features for my swim teachers and admin staff. We can access all the information we need on a daily, weekly or term basis. The features are updated regularly and the support from the team at Simply Swim and the facebook page is always fast and helpful. As an owner I can print financial and student reports and intergrate my operations with my accounting software as well.

Cons

That not all features are available in all packages. Not all the information in reports is easy to find

SimplySwim is an easy to use database and the support team are always quick to resolve any issues we have. They continue to develop new/enhanced features to ensure a great user experience. This has allowed our business to focus on the areas we need to without spending large amounts of time on administration.

Pros

It is user friendly and easy to navigate, there is also good 'help' documents to use for any issues.

Cons

The reporting can be confusing and it is difficult to find some information.

We are really enjoying the benefits of this software

Pros

Very Easy to use and navigate. Any time we have had a problem with trying to navigate the system the customer service and support has been absolutly outstanding!!!!!

Cons

Honestly the only thing i can think of Is a little costly. We get the most expensive package as we wanted the certificates.
