We came on when it was launching after being asked directly to try out the new service. It's straight forward and easy to edit. Again, only disappointment is the lack of communication for renewal impacting our viewers. Pros The ease of use, set up and implementation is great. It's user friendly and the end result is great for the consumer side. Very clean on both the user and viewer end. Cons Viewers informed us that certain pages were no longer working. We assumed it was a broken link, we went to repair it, only to find that certain features had been turned off after being made available to utilize. Come to find out our subscription had expired but we didn't receive any notifications that this was expiring. Some kind of communication for this would have been really helpful, or even an auto subscription renewal of some kind. As a business with so many varying services being utilized, we tend to rely on those types of communications to keep from our business being impacted.
