Overall it's been pretty decent. We came on when it was launching after being asked directly to try out the new service. It's straight forward and easy to edit. Again, only disappointment is the lack of communication for renewal impacting our viewers.

Pros

The ease of use, set up and implementation is great. It's user friendly and the end result is great for the consumer side. Very clean on both the user and viewer end.

Cons

Viewers informed us that certain pages were no longer working. We assumed it was a broken link, we went to repair it, only to find that certain features had been turned off after being made available to utilize. Come to find out our subscription had expired but we didn't receive any notifications that this was expiring. Some kind of communication for this would have been really helpful, or even an auto subscription renewal of some kind. As a business with so many varying services being utilized, we tend to rely on those types of communications to keep from our business being impacted.

Pros

What I like the most about Taplink is that I was able to start using it without paying anything. Having a small business that was very beneficial at first and gave me a chance to try the product for a while before paying for the premium option.

Cons

The integration with other apps aren't as seamless. They often don't work on the first try.

Pros

I like how easy it is to get set up with Taplink, as well as integrate it into many forms such as social media pages and websites. It also offers a great variety of pre-curated templates that work with any demand.

Cons

I didn't like that Taplink doesn't have a special hub to monitor the stats on your landing page, such as views and click throughs.

Super simple app, easy to use, but in my opinion it’s very limited.

Pros

If you don’t need something special, you can use free version o Premium. Premium isn’t expensive.

Premium options are very limited and I don’t like the design of elements (buttons, blocks)

Taplink has met my needs and more for having a social bio. There are so many integrations I still need to explore but have found the product very versatile thus far.

Pros

I love the customization options so I can keep my branding consistent across all my channels.

I wish there were more options for consolidating links into one block and simpler integrations for shopping & video elements.
