I'm glad we were able to find this service as snail-mail is still pertinent in today's world. We're looking forward to trying out their postcard services too. Pros We send out notifications every month and finding a service was important so we could delegate that time to other, more important pathways. LetterStream is a very easy-to-use service that has every support question you could imagine right in their chatbot. The pricing is also incredible. It's hard not to appreciate this service. Cons There are little details that need to be set up correctly to send out our bulk mailing which can cause some extra time but it's not a true complaint. Living 25 minutes from the post office in a very small town it's great to be able to print letters in color and mail them from desk. I also use it to mail to friends in Europe. What few hiccups that were had were settled faster than \[sensitive content hidden\] can cross the finish line. Pros competitive pricing, ease of use, fulfillment of mail requests are either on time or earlier than estimated, and customer service Cons If I had to pick one, it would be cool if we could manually enter the recipients' addresses within the website itself instead of doing the .csv file or the "bring your own cover page" tricks.
