tutto, in azienda non ne sapremmo fare a meno

Not positive. I am currently working my organisation off the platform onto more cloud based low/no code solutions.

Pros

It has all of the functionality you expect from a system like this. As it is fully customisable you can build applications/document storage and workflows to very exact requirements.

Cons

A lot of it. It's on premise so there is an ongoing infrastructure cost. Changing functionality requires developer knowledge. It is dated in its interface and its integrations. So while it's great for existing workloads any changes are a lot of work.

Reasons for choosing HCL Domino

At the time it was implemented it was really cutting edge. Unfortunately that was the late 90's.

Pros

The best part is, it supports copy-paste format for image and file, it doesn't bother to find the file path extra. In addition, workflows and notes are on separate tabs, making it easy to understand because they are separate from each other.

Cons

Maybe there is a slowness problem in all systems that do this job, but this application is much slower, it needs to be improved.

Pros

One of the best aspects is the filtering screens are very nice. In addition, development can be done faster on the screens according to demand.

Cons

most of the time, the status changes of the requests are not smooth. Sometimes we even have requests that go to different teams. The information given on the central screen is not enough, we have to go into the details of the work and examine it.
