Depuis que j'ai utilisé Hootsuite Amplify, Il m'a facilité la création et le partage de contenu entre les équipes, favorisant la collaboration et l'innovation.

Pros

Il permet aux employés de partager facilement du contenu sur leurs réseaux sociaux, augmentant ainsi la visibilité de la marque et fournit des données et des analyses pour évaluer l'impact des campagnes d'engagement des employés.

Cons

Je trouve que son abonnement est trop chère pour un outils de gestion de contenu.

Hootsuite Enterprise is currently used in the marketing and communications department within the system. It is primarily used by the Social Media team, however, the Social Media team is responsible for managing other members of the department who use the tool. This addresses security, consistency and ease of use. Hootsuite, which is for enterprise use, works excellently for our company, as it manages the number of social media channels we have and their size. The utility allows us to monitor the team as part of a larger system. Also, because we are working in the healthcare sector, we find the security tools and the link with Nexgate crucial to carry out our work and use them. Hootsuite, the social media management platform, continues to amaze us with its updates, customer service, ease of use and unique/modern features.

Pros

Hootsuite, the application, is intuitive and easy to access. It works with your company to find the best way to meet your needs. Hootsuite, the social media management tool, is constantly updated based on the needs of your customers. These updates are timely and secure. Hootsuite for Business customer support is more in-depth. When we want to find out what's new, have concerns, or want to modify the tool, the Hootsuite team is always nimble and helpful.

Cons

To facilitate cross-departmental coordination, an editing feature that is public to all team members would be a great improvement. If Hootsuite's interface were more user-friendly, it would be much simpler to use, as it would make it easier to add bookmarks, follow new users and retweet.

It worked a tiny bit, as in, now I know these apps exist. It tanked my Instagram pages when I couldn’t afford the full version because it’s insanely expensive.

Pros

I liked this app years ago when social integration apps were not readily available. Now, there are free platforms easier to use than Hootsuite. Hootsuite is a rip off because it charges an insane amount for absolutely nothing new.

Cons

I really dislike everything about this software. It’s not that easy to use, it’s expensive, once the free trial is over if you can’t afford the full version it limits your accounts. Sets you up to fail without it.
