## What is Instant Church Directory?

Cloud-based solution that lets churches create, manage and share their church photo directory in a variety of ways to their congregation. We provide a free online members' website and free mobile apps where members can view the church directory on their desktops or mobile devices. Our software also includes a free quick messaging service and optional text messaging plans to communicate with your congregation using the directory.

Great product for 90% of our congregation. It made it easy to create a paper directory if we wanted to.

Pros

The product was great for all of our members. We used it for about 140 member congregation and it was very helpful

Cons

Individual logins work great for the younger community, but for the older members it was difficult to help them gain access to the app.

We wanted to get into a newer database that could be updated more frequently.

I use this app weekly as I write letters to kids and call/email parents. It's very handy and super simple to use

Pros

I can click a phone number and call that person right from instant church

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like. It's super easy to use and to explain how to use

Planning center doesn't function like instant church and so it lacks on some of the key features. We use check-ins through planning center but didn't find it as a suitable app for our directory

We are very pleased with Instant Church Directory. Our church members love how easy the app is to navigate. The staff loves how we can keep the directory up to date.

Pros

Instant Church Directory looks nice, is easy to set-up and provides members a secure church directory.

Cons

The only negative we have experienced is that printing a directory seems to take a few more steps then needed.

My entire family uses it on a weekly basis. We can reach other members so quickly! Its 5 stars all the way!

Pros

This is a top-notch directory! The import was quick and we are able to keep it up-to-date easily. Members can submit changes to their own info. I have no fears about security. Plus you can print a directory for older members. So many good things to say.

Cons

You can't export all of the data. Birthdays and group info do not export and photos do not export.
