They refund three months we were not using the service, even though we asked only for the last month refund. That's says a lot. 2. Gmail warm-up worked very good. And helped to have a good start Cons Hotmail doesn't work. They offer Hotmail warm-up but it didn't work for us. VERY responsive support willing to help ASAP. I always get quick replies. The product does the job. Pros Easy to use, competetive pricing, especially if you compare to competing products when it comes to no of emails sent/day. On basic plan you get 75 and the other emails where traffic is generated are really from different providers (Microsoft, Google) and real accounts from other users. So it's not like a few fake accounts created by the warmup company.
