I purchased something off of your website that was portrayed as an out of the box software that wouldn't require engineering. It has been exactly 30 days and I still do not have the product I needed to have setup a month ago.  Pros i liked what I saw on their website, but they did not deliver it. Cons upon purchase, i had to email them to figure out where my activation links were. 30 days later I still do not have the full platform the way it was described no the website. Pros We needed a directory platform independent of WP and searched for the easiest offer - one that even a kid could learn how to use. Our specific project required a sense of familiarity and style without the trouble of too many moving parts or obnoxious upsells and other marketing gimmicks and Bright Directories provided that and more. Cons The platform is fully functional but I would like to see additional templates. That said, the available templates serve a wide range of industries.
