We'll see if I get billed again. But on the basis of my experience, I couldn't recommend it to another user. Pros It works, and it makes a noticeable improvement to the performance of my ancient Windows 7 machine! Cons I signed up for a simple year's subscription to the basic System Mechanic, and noticed 2.5 months later I'd been billed three times--turns out I'd been billed for "support" I'd failed to opt out of in the subscription process.
