Pros It has a lifetime deal, great customization options, more improvements constantly on the way, and built in text reminders to top it all off. There are many more benefits but those are the biggest benefits. Cons There are some features still missing but it's expected as they are a newer company continue to improve and add new features. What they don't have now they will most likely have in a couple months to years. But with the server down, the product is unusable. Reached out to their support twice over 3 days and no reply. Really sad to see a promising product like this go to the drain due to not upgrading their servers. Pros TimeSync has quite a few nice features that other apps do not. To be able to see someone's exact availability and for the client to be able to schedule at a time that works for them is so much less friction than having to call or fill out a form. Pros The team feature is great so that anyone available can be scheduled for certain types of meetings. Also, the ability to create all different types of meetings with unique links at your own domain! Cons Set up is a bit confusing at first but overall fairly straightforward once you go through each settings screen a couple of times. Designer Design Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A decent Calendly alternative, with a lot of potential!" May 5, 2022 4.0 Overall I'm pretty happy, and I completely ditched Calendly for TimeSync. The support is impressive; they always solve the problem I face. The development is slow but steady, so I'm confident they will improve the product and solve my problems. Pros It's incredibly easy to use and setup, it has a simple embedded that let you embed a floating button in your website with a few clicks, and it let you collect payments during the call scheduling. Cons Localization is weak. There isn't the possibility of having the scheduling page in Italian or translating the fields manually. The main problem is that you can't have multiple language booking pages. My website is in 2 languages (Italian and English), and it's pretty normal for a non-US/UK business to have a website in at least two languages (I live near Switzerland, where websites usually use Italian, English, French, and German). Since this tool is built for remote meeting scheduling, I think this missing functionality may be a deal-breaker for many people. I couldn't set up a custom domain, but I'm sure it was my fault. Another thing that I don't like is that I can't offer both PayPal and Stripe as a paying method. I have to choose one of them for every meeting (the workaround is easy, just create an appointment with PayPal payment processing and one with Stripe, but it doesn't offer a smooth user experience for our customers). However, upon revisiting TimeSync, Im impressed on how many features they've implemented and frankly its now better than the other, more expensive alternative that I'm currently using. I will stay with TImeSync. Pros I am very impressed with the updates to the software, including “look busy” mode - which is a huge feature in demand for many of the competitors. Additionally, this software is visually appealing, unlike some others. Im very happy I revisited timesync and now Im getting rid of my current (more expensive system) and will be using this full time. Highly recommend. Cons I would like to have a routing feature that allows the customer to choose the type of the appointment they'd like, and then be redirected to that particular scheduling calendar. I also liked that it has a email and texting option for appointment reminders Cons The only thing that I dont like about the software is their company branding on the appointment reminders- I really like the whitelabel experience where I can brand my company and having there logo does not allow me to fully brand.
