I have team members added to the account and the whole experience has been very nice. Whenever I had faced any issues or bugs, I got the support team to respond to them very quickly and solve them with their best intentions. Pros I love the power it brings, the amount of data & their crawlers working in the back all the time. Also, the UI is clean & simple, and the support is super-friendly. I have reached out to the support and had a chance to talk with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. The guy is passionate about his business & seems very promising in the long run. I have also integrated the tool with my CRM system, so all works very fine. Cons I would definitely want to see more integrations with some email marketing tools. Also, it would be great if Tomba can offer a complete solution for outreach campaigns like some of its competitors. Currently, Tomba is solving the problem of finding emails perfectly, I would like to see them thrive in the email campaign feature as well. It finds almost every email I have looked for, and I have helped colleagues, two in other industries, do the same, all with great success. Top tier email finder and top tier toolset and site. My experience was everything I could have hoped for. Pros I love how deep the database is and how up to date it is. I am in finance and Tomba has the best finance database I have found, and it is not close. Excellent data, tons of the emails are enriched with other data, the tools all work and are very fast. And finally the team is excellent and have been great in my interactions with them. Cons That I did not find it sooner. Sounds cheesy but it is true. The pricing is great, the database is even better, and it just works. I cut two other subscriptions because the hit rate here has been that good. When you're enough in the game of marketing you can predict which the softwares has the potential to overcome their competitor. This can definitely surpass hunter.io very soon. Overall experies? It's a fu\*king amazing email collection tool. And it already saved heck tons of money. Pros Tomba is an email collection tool that removes friction in your sales and for link building. It pretty much automates collecting email addresses, perfectly, and at scale. It is on par with hunter. One of the best thing is for a lot of domains tomba found more email addresses than hunter could. So yeah this is definietly a serious win. Cons It can not scrape email addreses from websites. It collects emails but doent scrape it.. From the dashboard I have all the tools I need to check an email, find contacts for a website/domain or find new leads. Everything works smoothly and intuitively, so I think Tomba is also suitable for beginners. Pros So much more can be done with the API interface provided by Tomba and I love that. It integrates easily with automation tools like Pabbly or Zapier, for example to verify submitted email address (that's what I mainly use it for). The validation works very reliably and Tomba saves me from spam via my contact forms and prevents my newsletter list from being cluttered with fake recipients. Cons I have nothing wrong with Tomba, everything works smooth. Tomba has been a delight to use. It's pretty much point and click with no lags. Very easy to use and intuitive. I'm been monitoring the updates and the team have been very active which build greater confidence. Pros Team accounts & API! This is a brilliant feature as I can integrate this into our in house sales software. It also has CRM integrations and bulk tasks, so it helps to streamline our work. Bulk data exports via CSV which is brilliant too. The Tomba dashboard is intuitive and the activity log helps so I can measure to check my team are using it. They also have a validation tool so we can check email addresses work before we start mailing out to prevent our mailboxes from hitting spam servers. All in all, a great tool to have :) Cons One feature I'd love to see is the ability to specify an industry, sector, country and let Tomba gather data for me around this. December 31, 2021 5.0 Pros I love this leads finding, verification, and management tool because it gets the job done, period! It allows me to find my leads just by using a domain name or a person's name from a particular domain. It also helps me to verify the email addresses of those domains and keep them as my prospects in my tomba dashboard for subsequent referral and follow-up. If you wish, you may also export your prospects from tomba to your favourite CRM like hubspot directly or other CRM's via Pabbly, Zapier and Integrately. I like their UI and workflow. Overall, a great marketing tool, and I recommend it. Cons I wish they had a little extra in the free plan, but so far not that bad at all. But when I tried this tool, I was shocked to see that it helped me find the exact email addresses of people who work in a particular company. Also useful its new chrome extension to get emails directly from LinkedIn Cons For this kind of saas it's always difficult to find EVERYTHING you may need, especially if your niche is not big enough. I have been searching for a tool for a long time that could help me to find the email addresses of the contacts of a company. With this product, it's possible. Really cool! And there’s more. It looks for relevant phone number, address, person/employee name, social media profiles. it's an absolute beast if you think of the kind of time and resources it can save you when you want to generate some credible leads.
