Siempre están abiertos a escuchar opiniones y sugerencias, lo que demuestra su compromiso con los usuarios. La plataforma es muy fácil de entender y usar, lo que la hace práctica para gestionar todo. Además, el soporte es súper rápido y eficiente cuando surge alguna duda. Y algo súper importante: el pago es justo, no como la competencia que cobra en UF. En relación a las videollamadas, lo que recomendamos es verificar tu velocidad de internet ya que depende mucho del proveedor. Te recomendamos bajarle el peso a la videollamada (con un ícono que aparece en la pantalla de la videoconferencia) si gustas podemos asesorarte por chat para mostrarte dónde hacer esa modificación y que puedas utilizar la funcionalidad de videollamada sin problemas al realizar tu videoconsulta.

Bien, he probado varios sistemas de agendamiento y este me acomoda bastante ya que puedo modificar con facilidad, bloquear y desbloquear horarios, reagendar entre otras opciones en resumen un sistema muy flexible

Automatizar pasos administrativos que me quitaban tiempo y un lugar en mi mente constantemente

Cons

El tema de configurar planes y tratamientos, me gustaría en mi agenda online pudieran los pacientes elegir y pagar directamente su plan y que este se cargará, como esa opción no está debo poner los planes como tratamientos, una vez pagados por el link de pago debo hacer manual la carga al sistema de las sesiones, eso me quita tiempo cuando son varios y es no muy agradable.

Actualmente, puedes integrar Reservo con WooCommerce para que los pacientes adquieran planes y se registren automáticamente. Esta integración permite que, tras la compra online, solo necesites contactar al paciente para agendar su primera sesión. Además, puedes vender productos y gift cards. Facilidad de uso, es muy completo y ademas se puede usar desde el celular.

No tengo quejas porque han evolucionado constantemente.

En dental están lejos de dentalink que es el mejor software denfal

Ha sido buena en general, pero considero que le debería llegar una notificación a los usuarios cuando no confirman su hora y luego no asisten a su cita.

Porque yo ya había utilizado esta plataforma y con AgendaPro jamás logré que me enviaran una cotización y sus servicios, en vez de eso solo agendaban una reunión para hablar del producto.
