For what we do, we were looking for something more customizable, nimble, and adaptive as we perform business less linearly. I just wished I was able to take more time setting it up the way I wanted prior to jumping in, but that was the fault of my other software that sold out and kicked us off. Pros The best feature is the fact that the DreamzCMMS staff will change the software however is needed to best fit your team. That is a huge plus. I use other software's and all of our suggestions go into a box and may or may not get completed. Dreamz works for you and makes code changes in a day. Amazing. Cons Sometimes there is a disconnect with what we need here and what needs to be done. I also hate that I don't understand how to use all the features of the software. It can do so much, but I just don't understand all the buttons and I hate asking for help. They all want a business to work with quickbooks, but that created double entering of data. I need a software to help time management not make it worse. Switched from [SkyBoss](https://www.capterra.com/p/147480/SkyBoss/) Skyboss sold to Housecall Pro and we were unable to complete all the work needed on Housecall Pro's software.
