Pros Interfaccia grafica semplice ed intuitiva, servizio di assistenza discreto, integrazione con moduli esterni e utilizzo di API. Abbiamo deciso di migrare ad una soluzione cloud per risparmiare sui costi di gestione dell'hardware. Abbiamo valutato Giobby in quanto ci è sembrato il prodotto che a parità di prezzo forniva più moduli. Lo utilizziamo senza problemi, anche se il software ci sembra carente in alcuni aspetti per noi essenziali. Pros aspetto grafico, velocità del sistema, offerta completa di vari moduli, integrazione con e-commerce Cons nel complesso è un buon software anche se va migliorato in alcuni aspetti utili per le aziende un pò più strutturate. Il modulo contabilità è carente di alcune funzioni, il servizio di assistenza è presente ma migliorabile nei tempi di risposta. Pros Ho provato questo software per valutare se potesse essere adatto per la nostra azienda, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la gestione commerciale. Purtroppo, lo ho trovato mancante di alcune funzioni per noi basilari. Interessante l'aspetto grafico e le integrazioni possibili tramite API. Cons Mancanza di alcuni campi fondamentali per la gestione corretta degli ordini e dei prodotti. Le date di consegna previste sono state inserite solo di recente a livello di riga d'ordine. App mobile da migliorare nella fluidità. A volte si blocca su iOS. Home page troppo piena di informazioni e disorientante. Alcuni chiarimenti: le date di consegna sono presenti da tempo sulle righe ma era possibile editarle solo dalla lista item. Di recente le abbiamo rese disponibili anche sul pop-up di dettaglio. Il menu in homepage contiene di default diverse informazioni e funzionalità ma è personalizzabile: si possono rimuovere le parti non necessarie o scambiarle con comandi più adatti al singolo business.
