AgencyMate is a really good management system. AgencyMate is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The system is easy to use and has everything needed to run an insurance agency.

Pros

Windows based and VERY easy to navigate. It has everything needed to run your agency smoothly and effectively.

Cons

We did not have any issues with AgencyMate.

My overall experience was great! The Cote support staff were able to customize the product to our agencies needs and resolve issues quickly.

Pros

Ease of use, functionality, dashboard, system reports and the ability to track leads.

Cons

Commission statements are not yet fully functional.

My agents have actionable dashboards and this has resulted in better retention, sales and overall productivity in the agency.

Pros

The best thing Agencymate brought to the table was the ease of use. I have been in the business for 30 years and this is truly the best insurance software program I have seen.

Cons

At this time I have not encountered a problem with the software, the support team has been fast at addressing any concerns.

Reasons for choosing AGENCYMATE

Agencymate had the only product that had everything built into one platform. The rest had outside vendors handling the Campaign management, the CRM, as well as other features. This caused issued in the past when Microsoft does updates. Plus the pricing was better than expected.
