Pros Every Facebook page owner should use the Business Suite. It provides a simple, contemporary dashboard with a wealth of information, including a rapid rundown of the most recent posts, data on reach, engagement, and comments, among other things. The planner and insights are two of my favorite features. The planner provides you with a great calendar view that makes it simple to see the big picture, schedule posts for later, and handle running advertisements and dual publishing on an associated Instagram account. What I enjoy about Insights is that you can track your competitors and how many new likes they receive, and there are some lovely graphs that show your audience. Cons The tool is fantastic for posting to all of our social media profiles. Everything is ten times easier now, especially when using a phone. It's simple to switch between accounts. Pros Business Suite is a great tool for every Facebook page owner. It offers a clean, modern-looking dashboard that is full of all kinds of information such as a quick overview of the latest posts, how big was the reach, how many people were engaged, commented, and a lot more. My favorite features are Planner and Insights. The planner gives you a nice calendar view where you can easily see the whole picture much easier, schedule your posts for later, and manage running ads and dual publishing on a connected Instagram account which is a nice time-saving feature. What I like about Insights is that there are some nice graphs representing your audience and you can even monitor your competitors and how many new likes they got in some time, how many posts they created, and so on Cons All those features are nice to have but I experienced a lot of time slowness in the whole dashboard and a lot of waiting for the load to complete. Also, I must mention that Facebook (Meta) loves changing stuff regularly and that can cause some features to disappear without proper notice or given alternatives. Pros Stay organized with multiple accounts. Link and Manage ads for Facebook business and Instagram business within same place. Review inbox messages at the same time from both platforms FB / IG. Free, you can manage a lot of features to get a decent campaign at FB / IG at the same time and even the addition of Whatsapp. Really good way to manage and order admins, group accounts and assets, pixels for websites, ad accounts, assign people to specific resources, payment methods and more. Cons "Audiences" are being reduced by Facebook and your targeting options for niche products or certain groups could be hard to be reached. Customer support is really annoying, concierges never have common sense and do any analysis of what is happening with ads, images or whatever is happening. Customer support takes so long to respond to you at least a week, that will cause a problem with your client if you are an agency, if you are independent is very stressful know that you are wasting time with an ad if it is time sensitive. If as an agency you pay multiple clients can't divide the invoice into that many accounts, or at least get their accounts mentioned, but you can have a list of every single ad mixed all together.
