I especially appreciate the post scheduling tool and the inbox feature that lets me respond to comments and messages from both platforms in one unified location. It's very concise and easy to use. Cons I dislike when scheduled posts are not posted and there is no notification. At the same time, while it’s good that one does not have to worry about too many steps to set up the account, there some performance glitches and the interface may seem boring even for beginners. Pros One of the best things about the Facebook Business Suite service is that with just a single login one can manage collaborative table accounts of Facebook and Instagram which is really convenient especially if you have a lot to do. Possibility of scheduling posts, replying to messages and checking results and statistics on these pages in the same dashboard is quite time-saving. Cons Dealing with big data processing or user account management sometimes causes troubles in the platform. Even though the layout and overall design is incrementally advanced, you may still face the issue wherein the system becomes oversaturated with information when using its more advanced features for the minority of the cases. Pros Our Marketing team rages about this, and it's no easy feat to make them happy. So kudos to \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. Our ads have been managed in a more efficient way since implementation. Heck, we have seen the results in the ROI for this past year alone, so we will be sticking to it for a long time. It's also intuitive, which I thought impossible at first as I don't really like Facebook as a product. This has made me see it on a different light as I have to test the customer experience.
