It is necessary to use the Facebook Business Suite to advertise on Facebook and/or Instagram but some elements are easy to understand and some are very confusing. An improved support capacity would be very helpful. Pros Easy to use even from a mobile phone to manage our clients' and our own social media accounts. Publishing and boosting posts are straight forward even for multiple accounts. The statistics are helpful to make decisions related to future posts. Cons Managing ads can be difficult at the beginning and the support is close to not existing. Limited capacity to schedule posts in advance, like 3-6 months. I would 10/10 recommend learning the ins and outs of Facebook Business Suite. Pros The best and most important feature for me is the post scheduling tool, as well as the insights tracking tab. With everything being mobile, its silly not to have this installed on your devices! Cons Customer support with anything META is bad. Da qui è possibile controllare anche grafici, statistiche e info generali su followers e andamento dei post, ma reintegrerei la fluidità con cui, prima, si potevano gestire pagine e profilo privato allo stesso tempo senza dover entrare per forza in ambienti differenti, perdendo di vista quello che si ha davanti e che si vuole postare. Pros Da quando Facebook ha deciso di trasformare l'esperienza dell'utente nel passaggio dal profilo privato a quello di pagina, molte funzioni sono state implementate, dando in risultato una piattaforma sicuramente più professionale e con una serie di operazioni da poter effettuare. Un salto di qualità anche per i neofiti. Cons I contro, però, sono tantissimi. Innanzitutto, non è più possibile postare in un click sulla propria pagina ma bisogna per forza passare dal profilo alla pagina - perché ora sono due ambienti diversi - rendendo l'operazione così farraginosa che spesso ci si rinuncia. If you're a novice, good luck. Pros FB Business Suite has incredible functionality, once you learn how to use it. But the learning curve is fairly brutal and nonintuitive, especially once you start trying to do more advanced work (getting assets from the Business Manager to the subaccounts for the first time will give you a migraine). Cons It is not intuitive, at all. For a multi-billion dollar company, you'd think Facebook could put some more thought into UI design, usability, and making all the different aspect work together more smoothly. I appreciate that we have the option of checking unread messages/ comments from the two platforms already mentioned. And I like how it is easy to switch between accounts easily without confusion.
