They have added some features recently that are helpful, but the consistency of the actual posting has gotten spottier which has been frustrating. Pros This is a free product that integrates directly with Facebook and Instagram (which is all we use social-media-wise). It is pretty easy to publish through here and it's very easy to switch between accounts, which is crucial because we manage multiple accounts. Cons We honestly did not have a lot of complaints with Business Suite until a few months ago. Lately posts that are scheduling are showing up as having been scheduled are not posting. Posts that are published immediately will sometimes post only to Facebook and not Instagram even when the Instagram account is checked. Some of Instagram's posting features are not available in Business Suite (cropping, etc.) Switched from [Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/) Hootsuite was terrible. Cons I can no longer access my Facebook business suites since my Facebook page closed. the page is still up and I have no way of moving it to my new Facebook account or linking it to my business IG page that is still up. People are scared of account bans and need to have transparency. They just want to run ads. Pros The best thing is the business settings and privileges. Even though many have a difficult time understanding it, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. Cons The issue with business suite is simply support. We should be able to talk to someone directly over the phone and given a support number with people who have complete transparency and power over the ad account. Targeting options now also need to be improved. Stop removing targeting options from advertisers. Make it more granular, more manual, give more control. Review Source CA Cory A. Certain aspects are very good but partnering it up with a program like Hey Orca makes for the best experience. Pros Has very good reporting and scheduling tool is easy to use. Cons Can be a little cumbersome to use. Scheduling for example I would use other programs such as Hey Orca. Very good reporting system though and great at managing multiple accounts. I am easily able to monitor the Facebook and Instagram side of our business through Facebook Business Suite and everything is laid out well with guides for everything to help. Cons Facebook Business Suite doesn't distinguish between Instagram and Facebook enough, it is treated as one entity when in reality it is two different worlds with two different purposes.
