If you manage 10+ listings, it’s 100% worth the investment. Pros I’ve been using this GMB API tool for a few months now, and honestly, it’s so useful for our team. We manage 600+ business listings, and doing it manually used to be a nightmare. It was slow and repetitive. With this tool, updating hours, responding to reviews, posting updates, and syncing location info is super easy. What I love most is how it pulls everything into one place. Everything is connected through the API, and changes reflect almost instantly. We even automated some of our routine tasks. Total time-saver. Cons The only thing is the bulk upload of services on the listings. We can't do it as of now. The support team is always very helpful when you have a question. BUt overall, the interface is very simple to understand. Pros At the beginning of 2024, we were approached by the passionate owner about his solution to Google My Business, we started taking the service. With almost 20 locations, a lot of time goes into managing the Google My Business pages. Especially in managing and tracking reviews and posting relevant messages in Google Posts. GMBapi makes this all much easier by being able to do it in bulk and in one overview with the help of AI which improves the quality of the answers and the time we spend to answer the reviews has reduced dramatically.. Cons You still have to manage some aspects from Google My Business through the Business Dashboard. For example uploading pictures, updating attributes or special dates. When customers write a review and upload a picture the picture is not visible with the review in GMBapi.
