This tool makes managing multiple store locations very easy. - In one oversight you see the health of every individual location, which makes optimizing the locations very efficiënt. - Posting on Google is easy with the integrated scheduling tool - Responding to Reviews is fast and super easy. Great insights in percentage responded and response time to improve customer experience. - Great insights for each location and it makes comparing locations easy. It creates the opportunity to make test groups and really compare the effect of changes that are made within the Google Business Profile. This way you can optimize listings on real time data. Integration of locations is easy by just connecting a Google Account which manages the different locations you want to manage. Another thing that is great about this company is the Customer Service. The team goes the extra mile to ensure great customer support. They are helpfull and open to suggestions to improve the platform. If you manage 10+ listings, it’s 100% worth the investment. Pros I’ve been using this GMB API tool for a few months now, and honestly, it’s so useful for our team. We manage 600+ business listings, and doing it manually used to be a nightmare. It was slow and repetitive. With this tool, updating hours, responding to reviews, posting updates, and syncing location info is super easy. What I love most is how it pulls everything into one place. Everything is connected through the API, and changes reflect almost instantly. We even automated some of our routine tasks. Total time-saver. With almost 20 locations, a lot of time goes into managing the Google My Business pages. Especially in managing and tracking reviews and posting relevant messages in Google Posts. GMBapi makes this all much easier by being able to do it in bulk and in one overview with the help of AI which improves the quality of the answers and the time we spend to answer the reviews has reduced dramatically..
