My overall experience has been amazing with WaitWell. It a queue management and appointment scheduling platform used across industries like government, healthcare, retail, higher education, and hospitality. We use it for student appointment scheduling, it reduces time, help you plan better and provides value for money. Highly recommend.

Pros

WaitWell provides an excellent customer service for users. The support team is responsive, helpful, and willing to make last‑minute adjustments or cost‑saving recommendations. Provide real‑time notifications, virtual queues, and accurate wait‑time estimates reduce frustration and improve flow. - -

Cons

WaitWell is great for organization with daily customer volume, whether you need appointments, walk‑ins, or both. WaitWell provides both staff and customers great interface with smooth handling of walk‑ins and appointments. -

We are very happy with Waitwell and don't have any complaints. We use it mostly for managing walk in customers, but it works well for appointments. Staff finds it easy to use and the dashboard is very user friendly.

Pros

The cost is a significant savings from our previous software, the training was fantastic, and the system is easy to use. Our customers find it easy to use as does staff.

Cons

I really can't specifically name a con. We did have a few kinks trying to implement the calendar integration, but that was mostly due to our own IT department. We would like an option for staff to accept/deny the appointments, but it seems like that option is not available.

### "Easiest Queue Platform to Launch in Less than a Day!"

Overall, the experience with this platform is one of the best by far. The support is great, no language barriers, and they are very friendly. The cost for this platform is very low, especially for startup companies, and this allowed us to securely collect basic information on customers and sales representatives prior to adding them to a queue. Our use case was a bit unique in that we wanted both client and sales rep information in our project management queues, and WaitWell quickly adapted. Our sales reps can either schedule an appointment for a welcome call with a customer post-sale or they can add the customer to the queue and upload any attachments, which makes this super easy and straightforward for our project management team.

Pros

I love how easy the platform is to set up, especially from an IT perspective. I signed up, and in less than an afternoon, we were up and running! The support team did a lot of the heavy lifting, while I added customization. Our marketing department was also easily able to update our branding in a couple of clicks.

Cons

There are a couple little quirks when it comes to custom fields that could use a little bit of work, but outside of that there aren't many other problems I've encountered.

### "Simply making appointments"

Pros

Waitwell provides flexible features that we requires for visitors management as well as making appointments. Firstly, it is easy to setup and customize that not require so much technical. Secondly, it has a friend user interface that get no issue to use. Very helpful to track visitors and appointments for them. API also is supported to link to other services.

Cons

iOS app need to be improved to make more smooth and also the report needs to have more option to get more convenience.

### "Great queuing system"

Great experience overall. Assistance with technical issues is great, amazing team to support your every need.

Pros

The transition to WaitWell was seamless, and any issues we experienced were addressed by our account representative in a timely manner. After getting situated and creating the platform and queuing system that met our needs, the system has been successful in managing queues and guest flow. Overall, WaitWell has supported our operations effectively and helped improve organization, efficiency, and the overall experience for both staff and guests.

Cons

One of the main things I liked least about WaitWell was the inconsistency of its queue notification system. At times, alerts were delayed, missed, or did not accurately reflect real-time changes in the queue. This made it challenging to stay aware of student check-ins and manage appointments efficiently, especially during busy periods. Without reliable notifications, agents often had to manually monitor the system, which reduced productivity and increased the risk of overlooking students who needed assistance. A more dependable and customizable notification feature would greatly improve workflow, response time, and overall service quality for both staff and students.

Cons

Not many cons but if I had to gripe, The WaitWell sign up page could use more customization features to fit our brand better.

We have been happy and love using it. Our reviews have skyrocketed because of waitwell. Our office organization is so much better as people aren't worried about standing in line. They can check in and then go wait in their car if they'd like.

Pros

It really helped organize our office. Clients love using it so they don't have to wait in line. I love how we can personalize what gets sent out to clients. If you look at all the registry offices in Lethbridge our review count is so much higher than anyone else due to waitwell.

Cons

Sometimes there are connectivity issues where people are texting in and it's not placing them in the que.

Waitwell has completely changed how we run our day-to-day operations. Scheduling appointments is smooth and no longer feels like a constant juggling act. It's genuinely useful—it’s cut down a lot of the back-and-forth that used to slow us down, and our front desk team isn’t nearly as overwhelmed anymore.

It has excellent customer service but also included technology that handles cloud computing and mobile access.

I used it to join the line at a registry in Alberta and the process was super easy. I was able to wait in my car and catch up on some work calls while I waited my turn.

Pros

I liked the convenience of joining the line from my phone and being able to wait wherever I want. I l loved being able to track where I was in line and I was able to message the staff beforehand to ask if I could use my Amex card.

Cons

Nothing! Worked really smoothly, I wish more registries used this product. The experience was very smooth and I have no complaints.

### "WaitWell Queue Management"

WaitWell staff have been great to work with and they are always willing to listen to enhancement suggestions.

Pros

On a typical business day we could have had as many as 10 to 30 people inside our office, in line, at any one time. We knew that proper COVID distancing was going to give a problem and subsequent mandated restrictions drastically reduced the number of customers we could have in our office. We also knew that we couldn't expect our customers to line up outside in freezing temperatures. Desperate times call for unique solutions. Initially the new virtual queueing system gave us a bit of cause for concern simply because it was new and was a different way of doing business. However, looking back, it was definitely the right decision. We have had great reviews from customers and in addition, our staff appreciate the professional organization of the work flow. We have gained operational efficiencies and we now have additional statistical data to assist with our day to day management.

Cons

The system has worked so well that it is difficult to single out anything that we do not like.

Since we started using WaitWell, we have never missed appointments as it sends reminders in real-time. It supports mobile application and everything is available online thus making wait-list management easier.

Pros

What i like best about WaitWell is how it saves much time. With it, it's very easy and simple to join and manage queues and it seamlessly integrates with Zoom making it easy and straightforward to join virtual meetings. It makes it super easy to book appointments online and it saves much time.

Cons

One of the challenges is that one requires strong and stable internet to join virtual meetings with WaitWell.

Waitwell has helped my days flow much more easily and predictably.

Pros

Waitwell helped me keep track of the day with ease. Communication with customers has never been so easy.

Cons

We selected a maximum group size of 20 per appointment; however, we found no way to make this a hard limit. For example, if 19 people had booked into a time slot and a group of 8 wanted to join, Waitwell would allow it and 27 would be in the appointment instead of the selected 20. We could not find a way to change this functionality.
