I would definitely recommend Ombori Grid to more people to experience! Pros The support of voice UI allows user to interact with voice and thus makes it Covid-safer. It's a cool and fun function in general. The product is easy and intuitive to use. Cons It currently only supports removing background and replacing with predesigned background. However, it would be even more fun and interesting if it had supported filters and video recording. Pros Great flexibility in appointment booking and ad-hoc drop in Great that you can reschedule if you need to The option to wait outside (away from a crowd) has been very useful during the pandemic No HW-investment is needed Cons Something to think of (for the future) is that it would be nice to see which member of the staff that was available a certain time, so customers can chose who they wanted to book the timeslot with.
