From the start they set us up with a US phone number that never worked as we are in Canada, we tried to resolve and improve the system, but it was not effective and the investment did not warrant the cost. We requested a cancellation and then the company proceeded to charge us an additional $1,300 post the cancellation request. We have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this by sending emails and leaving messages by phone with no response. Overall it has left a very terrible taste in our mouths with regards to Structurely. I cannot in good conscience recommend Structurely to anyone and certainly will not be engaging with this organization in the future. Customer service is everything and our experience was not at all positive. There was an opportunity for an easy resolution that would have left us feeling like, though the service did not deliver as expected, we could have felt happy about the end of the relationship, and I would not be writing this review. If the \[sensitive content hidden\] of Structurely would like to reach out to us, provide us the refund we have have been requesting and waiting for, then I would be happy to respond to this post with the result in a positive light. Pros We liked that the service appeared that it had good integration and would help us replace our ISA Cons Poor Rollout (US number assigned to Canada - never worked out of the gate) No willingness to resolve, Charged after cancellation request. We often startthe day with a few solid conversations! If youre looking for a way to engage the lead quickly, Structurely is the way to go! Pros We love that the AI helps our team with speed to lead, makes it easy to take over conversations, and that the AI uses language we would use ourselves! The scripting is rarely "cringey" and we consider the AI another member of our team! Cons That being said, I feel once the client responds after the intial contact their should be a slight lag to allow the ISA to take over the conversation. It also take a little longer to load than we would like. This is a great tool to help keep up with clients. Pros I like that it keeps tabs on clients for up to a year. It asks the hard questions that I don't want to ask. It keeps responsive and unresponsive leads separate to help me keep track of leads that are useful. Cons Some of the language doesn't always add up to how the conversation is going.
